Nothing at all! The most basic, sloppy, scam of casino I have seen in a long time. They have limited slot-games. They have virtually non-existent process to verify you so you end in a total limbo for days on end trying to verify your account via emails and chats and their basic system. Its appalling and nerve breaking dealing with such a dishonest fraud.

You would send KYC documents that are perfect again and again and again, you can send different documents, cards, whatever you have as you have done with many casinos out there, and they will still refuse it without explanation. Their goal? Not to pay you. And looking now the comments here this is their normal way of operating. Stay away from this casino they will scam you no matter how perfect of player you are. If this happen to you do as I did. Open report to MGA website where they hold license to be investigated. The more people do that the bigger chance fake casinos like this one is to be closed. And go to a small claim EU court. This caisnos should be banned from any reputable affiliate.

They are extremely quick to take your money but not a single game you play will pay. Of all the on line casinos I have used this one has the worst payout ever. Winner has closed my account due to a management decision. I was told that I have breached the T&Cs however I have not done anything wrong. In order to refund the money on my account they asked for ID verification but when I sent them the documents they have refused them twice even though both the attachments are clear and legible.

It seems that Winner casino is a scam and should I not receive the funds from my account I will report them to the UK Gambling committee since their behavior is infuriating and they act in bad faith. Their agents on the phones keep repeating the same things from a script and they will never log a complaint or escalate the call to a supervisor. I am surprised they are allowed to operate in UK

The fact you can use paypal and I found the customer support to be great! Slots payed out big time for me I won £8000 on King Kong slot with a £150 deposit and bonus money had to reach playthrough but and could have took £5000 messed up and ended up with £700 but it was paid no problem now self excluded due to doing that but good casino.

Since I joined Winner Casino more than 13 years ago, I have not been active at all, because my account had been locked, due to the existence of multiple duplicated accounts. But last year, I managed to get in touch with the casino's Support team again, requested for my account to be reactivated, giving my reasons why, including why those earlier duplicated accounts were made, not for abuse of their bonuses, but simply because I couldn't log in. My earlier similar requests had been rejected a few times before this, but due to the recent blockage of my ISP, I just had to give it another try. Well, luck was on my side this time around, and obviously too, the Winner Casino now wasn't like the Winner Casino of many years ago. My request for my account reactivation was finally accepted, I thanked them for it, and I have been playing at Winner Casino ever since, with no regrets at all whatsoever.

Its website is much nicer and contemporary than it was years ago, at par with any other current Playtech casino now. I used to dislike its 'old style' web pages, but it's all in the past, all done and over with. In fact, Winner Casino is the last few remaining casinos available for me to play at, including its sister Winner Club Casino too, and is currently my top 3 favourite, trailing behind Grand Reef and African Palace Casinos. Winner Casino doesn't have super attractive promotions like Grand Reef and African Palace do, so it's pretty hard for Winner to beat the top 2.

Withdrawal times have also improved over the years, Nowadays, I could get my withdrawal payments within 3 days, which is a little more satisfying for me than that of Grand Reef and African Palace, which would take 4 to 5 days usually. But 1 or 2 days difference is really nothing much. It's the regular promotions that matters to me more. In fact, African Palace is becoming slightly more aggressive than its sister Grand Reef, and it should be able to take my number one spot soon enough. How I wish Winner and Winner Club Casinos could do the same too, and give a good run for the top spot, but I don't think this is likely, not in the near future anyway.

After playing at Winner Casino for almost a year now, I have not had a single complaint to make against them! All my withdrawals were without any problems at all. Whatever promotions I took from the casino went smoothly all the time, unlike at William Hill Casino. I really cannot understand why there are still complaints against Winner. Perhaps it's just the players' own fault, for not knowing the casino's terms and conditions. Who knows. As for me, it is my number 3 favourite Playtech Casino for now, and probably for many more years to come.

This casino is an absolute disgrace. I played through free bonus money and reached £400 at which point I requested a withdrawal. I was told I had to deposit £10 which I done so straight away. I then attempted a withdrawal again and received an error message. I then emailed again and told them about this. At this point they said someone would be in touch in 24 - 48 hours. No one got in touch with me.

Knowing I would never receive the money from the other views on this site, I played with the money but emailed again and asked for a refund on the £10 deposit I made but they are refusing to give me it. Disgrace. I believe they told me to deposit just to get the money off me but didn't have any intention of giving me the money I won.

Standard playtech site, however everything there is to like about winner is actually the opposite because of various problems.

Really bad selection of games. Playing on mobile you have no real choice apart from a variety of lesser known games which fail to pay (Playtech). Don't get me wrong I'm not bitter at losing as I only deposited a couple of hundred but the games and payout look to make the most of collecting players money. You have no chance especially with the crap games. I'd avoid this place like the plague. God knows how they got rated in the top 10 online casino's on google. Thats how I found them and obviously paying to have that status.
