I deposited via debit card. I wanted to withdraw a certain amount which I was unable to do. After querying, I was informed I am unable to withdraw as its not supported for withdrawals. I then asked if I could please withdraw via Skrill or Electronic transfer and I was informed no....only via the method which I have deposited. My argument is why do they accept my deposit if I am unable to withdraw on that debit card. I regard it as stealing. What if I won a huge jackpot and unable to get the money? What is the purpose of me playing on that online casino. I play at other online casinos and I do not have the issue of withdrawals no matter what deposit method is used? Please assist to what I am able to do?.

I write under correction but I think the amount could have been R1500.00 or R1000.00 at the time. I have continued playing after I requested the withdrawal.
