There is nothing to like about this casino, they’re customer service is shocking, although I provided all the necessary paperwork they ask, they keep on asking and asking and asking and I keep providing yet they cannot be bothered to process my withdrawal. SHOCKING!!!!!! Not poor extremely poor, I would never recommend it to ANYONE!

This site has impressive graphics that make them more exciting o play there. somehow it was nice that they have live dealer games and a live chat function too. However, I also saw a lot of problems here too.

I actually had a problem with the payment methods that are available in different countries. There are also many countries that are restricted on this site. I think those are forgivable but when I had to withdraw, I was badly annoyed at how long it took compared to other sites.

Simply one of the best casinos out there!!! The layout is very sleek and fast. Their customer service agents are on hand to answer any questions I have and seem to stay away from scripted stuff which is great, not to mention you have about a 30second wait before you start to talk to their live chat. My £1500 withdrawal was a bit slow but this was because I needed to be verified for a second time as I had taken long break from playing. My withdrawal hit my bank soooo fast that I got the money before their automated email to say my withdrawal has been processed... Keep in mind this was over the weekend. I think in total about 4 days which isn't bad. I assumed because of the amount that they were a long wait time but nope. Honestly this casino is better than all the other big brands out there.

Few small things I don't like: When you click help the message box is moving around the bottom right screen so it makes it harder to be able to type in there. I tried the duel thing they have on the website and tbh sounds like a good idea but in reality, I found it very boring and pointless no fun intended haha.

Well, I am of course very excited about VoodooDreams Casino. I have been a player at this casino for a while now. I find the whole presentation, the graphics of the site super. Everything is well structured and easy to find. A mega good games selection as well. As well as the program where you play duels to magic points and so on, which in turn you can use there as bonuses. Just can not get out of the rave.
All in all very successful online casino the VoodooDreams Casino! I also recommended it to my friends who are also enthusiastic.

As this is mostly a negative feedback the only good thing they have is the various selection of games, but it's not worth it when you read what you go through on the end result.

I have not had to review a casino until I came across voodoodreams.

They have the slowest withdrawal time. It took weeks for my first withdrawal to be processed after completing verification and the second withdrawal has been pending for 8 days and they haven't taken any time and consideration to let me know of the delay. When asked they said it 'should' be done next week. Terrible customer service.

Would strongly advise against joining this casino as you will find yourself in the same predicament. At the end of the day they are happy to take the money but they are very reluctant to pay it out, even if this is a very small amount.

Please take my advice and do not use them even if they do offer a welcome bonus as they will just make you frustrated and take the fun away from gambling. Thanks

We are very sad to hear about this. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals tend to be instant unless there is something specific holding up the process. would you please send username to [email protected] for us to look into this.

Do what you should do, provide everything correctly for verification. I was playing online casino over 10yrs , I can be sure Voodoodreams is a one of best fair and trusty casino.
They will not hesitate to do the things which should do, fast verification and withdrawal processing.
I can't believe people who made complaint and why they don't think if they did the right things, it's joke.

if want to find out any dislike, I would say the bonus promo is not that good. Voodoodreams provide lots of free spins daily but not good for me as I think that's meaningless which a maximum winning limit rules set with the offer.

Shocking casino waited over a week now for approval on withdrawal yes I'm fully verified by chat also went to the UKGC about this casino. Went to chat today and they said I wasn't verified told them I had an email proving I was verified and then it changed stories again. Getting beyond a joke of a casino.

First I worried a lot by KYC process because I am so fed up with shitty casinos, who just ask documents non stop not to pay.

Customer service is awful. Spent a huge sum of money in one night. Requested a small withdrawal and it’s almost a week later and they haven’t verified my account. Each time they make an excuse and request further information. This site is an absolute con and I recommend anyone not to play on it!

Good selection of games and pretty simple deposit process. They do have a live chat option if you have any queries. Good loyalty points programme when playing.

Very long verification process and told me that I hadn’t given them documents I had. Took nearly 7 days to complete. No communication and response time to emails was 2 days at a time. Had 3 withdrawals pending for 8 days now although I was only verified 50 hours ago these are still pending and I am now being told they are still reviewing my account even though I’ve had an email 2 days ago saying everything’s complete and my withdrawals will be paid. Nobody can give me an answer and all live chat responses are scripted responses. I would avoid playing here if you like to actually get paid out any winnings in a timely manner. Absolute fraud.

Took a bit of time to get documents verified but got there on the end.
Don't really have any negative comments of this casino apart from small fee when depositing with visa.

The variety of games, you can set limits on deposits. The bonuses and points are a great give back to players. Able to play on mobile device and no issues with the connections.

Run around with my documents for verification, been on going for a week now, therefore they aren’t giving me my withdrawal via e transfer. No one will give me an estimate on how long, but also one document I needed they kept rejecting although all info was there so I sent in another a bank stamped statement proving my name and that the account/card belongs to me...and still not accepted and it’s been 48 hours...while all others were accepted within 24 hours.

Beyond frustrated and feel like they are ripping me off on my winnings. An e transfer normally takes an hour. I can guarantee once/if ever it gets approved I will have it in a short amount of time!

So unhelpful.

Finally found a casino that has all the games that I want to play in one place.
Customer service is fantastic and very fast at responding.
Withdrawals are left pending for a matter of minutes and reached my bank account in under 24hrs.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to for this casino. I deposited some money and won £1000. It's protocol for every casino now to require verification and it can be a pain staking wait and constantly trying to get in contact with them over like a 2 week period, it's frustrating as anything. However, with VoodooDreams I uploaded my verification documents on Friday, they were checked on the Saturday (they emailed me to confirm it) and my withdrawal was processed on the Sunday (another email to confirm it). Just wanted to add this to review to highlight this because I know what it feels like to be looking for a new casino and you may be a bit sceptical.

Only thing I found is there was two games (jammin jars, wild swarm) that wouldn't load when trying to launch them. I'm guessing they are having a bit of a technical difficulty or something but I'm pretty sure that will be a temporary thing.

Nothing they have to he the worst casino EVER. To much hassle they can take your money out of your account but when you withdraw they take for ever have excuses and say error which is on their end. The customer support is not helpfull at all.
I refered a friend i did recieve 2k points for sending the e-Mail But i didnt Get the 50k point for my friend making account and also i didnt Get the 200k point when my friend did deposit. I contacted customer support and they say my friend wasnt Linked to me so they said my friend Maby went into the casino another way than the e-Mail with link, But i told them that was impossible Because i watched my friend open Mail click link, register and so deposit. Then they tried to blame me that we used same ip, then i told them i use my mobile network. And after alot of frustrating Messages i got told she would Ask the relevant team so i would Get an Mail with an update. In the Mail i got they pointing out i have to remember that Its not enough to just send the Mail my friend need to click on link, and they refuse to credit me for me inviting ppl. Its a kind of a scam.

Many slots, good bonus features in the beginning. That's it.

I received a promotion about freespins via email for depositing. When I logged in there was no promotion in my account and so I thought that the freespins will be credited automatically.
I had no freespins in the relevant slots and thought they might be credited the next day since there was no further information in the email.

Won around 300 Euro in Book of Dead and kept playing different slots but no decent wins happened, as usual. One time 80 Euro, one time 60 Euro with bets between 1 and 2 Euro. Other than that only small winnings and the balance went down to 5 Euro when I continued playing the next day.
I went to the chat and asked about the freespins but Simen, the chat agent, told me that they could not do anything about it because I hadn't claimed the bonus.

I explained to him that there was no promotion in my account when I logged in but he insisted that they could not do anything about it and that I had not claimed the bonus when it was available. I asked to speak to a supervisor but Simen told me that they were unavailable. This weird conversation went on for almost 20 minutes in which Simen repeated the same sentences over and over again.

I told him that I will take this to Askgamblers because the error was on the casino's side.
Then I asked him to escalate the issue to the relevant department but he just said that there was no issue.
I told him to take a look at askgamblers within the next few days and he replied "Unfortunately we don't."
Well, that speaks volumes, I'd say.

At the end of this discussion he suddenly added the freespins to the relevant slots and I asked him why the fuss about it all to which he didn't respond.

I don't know why a casino or a support agent takes such effort in not crediting the promised freespins for a deposit when the fault wasn't on the customer's side (and even if it was...).
This is not a satisfying treatment of customers.

The usual loss after a bigger win around 100 to 300 Euro is also very weird. With such an amount it should be possible to win a bit more instead of only getting one dead spin after another on around 15 different slots on different days.
It's always as if someone switched off the slots.

The level up/earning points has become impossible all of a sudden. I must have wagered thousands of Euro but have not even reached 50 % of my new level.

A minor issue I don't like is the fact that the slots are not sorted by providers.
All in all not a casino I would want to keep playing at.
