Nothing they have to he the worst casino EVER. To much hassle they can take your money out of your account but when you withdraw they take for ever have excuses and say error which is on their end. I refered a friend i did recieve 2k points for sending the e-Mail But i didnt Get the 50k point for my friend making account and also i didnt Get the 200k point when my friend did deposit. I contacted customer support and they say my friend wasnt Linked to me so they said my friend Maby went into the casino another way than the e-Mail with link, But i told them that was impossible Because i watched my friend open Mail click link, register and so deposit. I received a promotion about freespins via email for depositing. When I logged in there was no promotion in my account and so I thought that the freespins will be credited automatically.
I had no freespins in the relevant slots and thought they might be credited the next day since there was no further information in the email.
Won around 300 Euro in Book of Dead and kept playing different slots but no decent wins happened, as usual. One time 80 Euro, one time 60 Euro with bets between 1 and 2 Euro. Other than that only small winnings and the balance went down to 5 Euro when I continued playing the next day.
I went to the chat and asked about the freespins but Simen, the chat agent, told me that they could not do anything about it because I hadn't claimed the bonus.
I explained to him that there was no promotion in my account when I logged in but he insisted that they could not do anything about it and that I had not claimed the bonus when it was available. I asked to speak to a supervisor but Simen told me that they were unavailable. This weird conversation went on for almost 20 minutes in which Simen repeated the same sentences over and over again.
I told him that I will take this to Askgamblers because the error was on the casino's side.
Then I asked him to escalate the issue to the relevant department but he just said that there was no issue.
I told him to take a look at askgamblers within the next few days and he replied "Unfortunately we don't."
Well, that speaks volumes, I'd say.
At the end of this discussion he suddenly added the freespins to the relevant slots and I asked him why the fuss about it all to which he didn't respond.
I don't know why a casino or a support agent takes such effort in not crediting the promised freespins for a deposit when the fault wasn't on the customer's side (and even if it was...).
This is not a satisfying treatment of customers.
The usual loss after a bigger win around 100 to 300 Euro is also very weird. With such an amount it should be possible to win a bit more instead of only getting one dead spin after another on around 15 different slots on different days.
It's always as if someone switched off the slots.
The level up/earning points has become impossible all of a sudden. I must have wagered thousands of Euro but have not even reached 50 % of my new level.
A minor issue I don't like is the fact that the slots are not sorted by providers.

I've been playing here regularly for 6 months.
I recently used a new card for deposits as my old one expired. The security review process at this casino is a nightmare. The security team takes days to respond to emails, asks for card info that doesn't exist, and asks for things I sent them in my first email. It seems like it is one delay after another.
They also don't read emails, and simply reply with a generic response that has nothing to do with the initial message.
After a week trying to get things resolved, I went to live chat. The live chat team here is terrible. I explained the trouble I was having and that their security team wouldn't respond to emails in a timely manner. I told them I'd like them to forward my complaints to a manager. They wouldn't do so. Ultimately, I asked for them to close my account, which the live chat agent did immediately, saying nothing to alleviate my concerns about the casino and my problems getting things resolved.
I don't recommend this casino anymore due to the problems stated above. It's a shame as other aspects of the casino are good, but when it's time to get paid, you will have nothing but headaches.

The verification and payout process is not transparent, I sent all information to the security department, but received no response for 5 days (only standard answers from the chat support). If they tell this from the beginning, you know this and don´t have to panic for nearly a week. All in all in ended good, but the external communication policy is let´s call it "improvable" ;-)
