VegasCasino.io - Deducted winnings 2,142.80mB with false allegations

After a substantial, big win VegasCasino.io refused to pay my withdrawal. KYC procedure was done successfully, but after that they set up a false claim that I would supposedly have a second account (or something related to that, they never exactly particularized) and removed my winnings.

None of their allegation applies to me:

(bonuses are) limited to one per
-user (I don't have any other user at their website)
-IP address (I have my own personal mobile 4G connection that I solely use myself, I just ordered a SIM-card, I can send a proof of my SIM-card and the connection letter dated 29 July 2019, if needed. No other person has been on the line - at all.)
-electronic device (false, I just played on my new computer that I got less than two weeks ago, no one else used it at all)
-household (only one VegasCasino.io account in my household)
-residential address (only one VegasCasino.io account in the address)
-telephone number (I never typed in any telephone number in the profile)
-payment method (I used my new bitcoin account I also just opened about a week ago)
-e-mail address and (no one else uses my email account that I used to register)
-any public environments (I didn't play in any public place at all)

The deduction of my winnings doesn't have grounds. Furthermore, as this happened just after a big win and not for example anytime before that makes it even more suspicious. If it really was the case that I had violated their terms, they could have and should have reacted earlier. They didn't, clearly because there was no breach at any time.

I put my trust in VegasCasino.io as a trustworthy casino and risked money by playing there. If I lose in a game, I will accept that I willingly took the risk to play, but as well if I win, I should be able to trust the site's fairness - I should be paid my winnings - I especially and carefully read and followed their bonus terms.

VegasCasino.io - Didn't get deposit bonus

So my issue is when I logged on to there website to make a deposit I first went to bonus tab for a depoeen sitting bonus. There I found a 50% deposit bonus and it stated to click enable if I wanted the bonus. So I clicked enable and it turned green meaning it was activated. I know this part of the procedure because I have deposited at this casino for last 3 or 4 years and I know when it turns green it's all good...so after seeing it turn green I went to deposit screen and made my deposit successfully. It was with Bitcoin so to b honest I have no idea how much I shod of started with because I don't quite understand Bitcoin. I just assumed my bonus was added in because like I said it was green and I didn't have any reason to think that it wasn't on there. Hence why I didn't contact them right away. So after I was done playing I went to history to see what time I hot bonus as u can only do 1 in a 24 hour period so I was gonna wait to deposit more when time was up. Upon checking history I didn't see my bonus and that is when I contacted support. They basically blamed it on a glitch and that basically I was s.o.l..(shit out of luck) I don't feel that this was right or a fair response. I didn't make the system have a glitch so why should I be punished for there glitch? I deposit ALOT of money into these casinos and all I expect is do what u say. I did my part. I activated bonus and deposited my money. Now I just want then to do there part and not make excuses for why they can't or won't. It's not even that much money (10 dollars) now it's just principal and being about what you say and advertise. Live chat was rude and snotty on top of it all...poor customer service..I believe in right is right and wrong is wrong and I'm not in the wrong here.

VegasCasino.io - Account closed and 5.2 BTC frozen without any further details

About 2 months ago I opened an account at vegascasino.io.
I made a depsit and got a 100 % welcome bonus.
I played through all wagering requirements and got my balance to approximately 5.2 BTC.
After this I attempted to make a withdrawal.
It got declined and vegascasino asked me for different kinds of documents to verify my account. I provided them with exactly everything they asked for and then I waited for an answer.

When I had sent them 2 emails, contacted live support several times and waited over a month they finally answered me. This is the only thing they said:

"Your Account did not pass Security Review and is permanently closed with all funds frozen.

The decision is final and we will not indulge in any further discussions."

I have no idea what has happened here. If some of my documents were not approved I would be happy send new ones, but they don't ask for anything at all. I do not understand how they can out of nowhere just close my account like this due to not passing security review.

And the fact that they specifically say that "we will not indulge in any further discussions" shows how completely unhelpful they are in this situation.

I do not know what I have done wrong.

I want vegascasino.io to review this case again. Please tell me what part of the security review I did not pass so we can fix the problem. Then I want to withdraw my legitimate winnings of 5.2 BTC.

VegasCasino.io - Refuses to honor self-exclusion request

Hello - On 11/20 I contacted online chat and requested that my account be permanently closed due to me having a gambling issue. I was directed to email customer service with my request. I immediately sent an email requesting closure and self exclusion due to having a gambling problem.

I did not get a response until the next day in 11/21 stating they don’t do permanent closures, only short term because then I would never be able to play there again (kind of the point of me requesting the self exclusion since I have an issue). I again immediately responded that I had a gambling problem and was still depositing and needed for them to close and block my account for whatever the longest was they could do if they weren’t able to do permanent.

On 11/22 I still had not heard back and again sent an email reiterating the importance of closure since I was still depositing and really needed their assistance on being excluded.

As of today (four days after my original request, I have not heard back from them and my account is still open. I have deposited around $700-$800 US dollars worth of bitcoin since my original request. They refuse to close my account despite several requests. I would like my account closed and believe they should refund all deposits made after the original request. They are blantantly ignoring my request in an attempt to get more money from me. It is shady and very unprofessional.

Hello there, Vegascasino.io is refusing to let me withdraw my btc after I completed their rollover and provided all documents that they wanted. Initially they requested ID and proof of address - which I provided. They accepted my ID, but refused proof of address so I gave them a better one. Next they accepted my proof of address, but requested a photo of me holding my ID next to my face. I thought was odd, but didn't think it was weird enough not to acquiesce. Following this I did not hear from them for 2 days at which time I sent them an e-mail asking what was taking so long and if I could get an update. A day later they respond saying that I had relation to some other account that I've never heard of and that my account would remain under security review until I explained that account's relevance. They are denying payout. Please askgamblers could you help mediate this dispute between the casino and I?

Hello, I opened an account at vegascasino.io. I did a deposit and accepted the bonus. I won round about 14-15 BTC and after fulfilling rollover I ended up with approx. 12BTC. When I tried to withdraw 2 BTC, they asked for KYC. Everythings alright so far, but now it gets fishy: I first replied from the registered mail to the e-mail from the security department from vegascasino.io, if I could supply the documents requested for the KYC from another email, as I used a discardmail to register (I obviously checked their T&C before. Discardmails were not forbidden. PS: I don't like to get spammed). They answered and told me, I have to send them the documents from the registered mail. Fine, fine. I find a workaround and send them the requested documents. Problem now: suddenly they deny to get any mails with documents. I tried a few times to send them the mail. I contacted live chat, but nothing. To check, if maybe the problem was on my side, I sent the mails to other addresses. And surprise: no problem with submitting. I have no idea what to do... This stinks and I know I won't put any BTC on vegascasino.io anymore, but is there any way, any chance to get my money? 12 BTC is quite alot and feels so unfair to get ripped like this. I have all required KYC documents and proof (screenshots from live chat with date and screenshot of received emails with date) of what I accuse them. VegasCasino.io - Refused to pay 452 BTC!

Hello Askgamblers , The reason for writing this complaint is this On March 17 2016 i registered and deposit 0.65 btc and played on the casino with their welcome bonus of 100% so i started playing with my 1.3 btc and lost... After that i decided to make another deposit of 1.18 BTC and i got a bonus of 50% that was 0.59 and i started playing with 1.77 BTC finally after completing their wagering requirements that was attached with the bonus i end up winning 18 BTC. Then i decided to withdraw 10 BTC and they requested for some documentation. I send them all they asked for the verification and after some days on march 21 2016 they send me that reply Dear , You are hereby notified of account closure due to a breach of our terms and conditions. Funds have been voided and support will not enter into any further discussions on this matter. Regards, Security Department I send them emails and i try to talk to their live chat and i got no answer at all... And i am ending saying that i have read their terms and conditions and i cannot understand what is the problem and i think that the only problem is that i just got lucky and won!!

The games are pretty cool,nothing to much to say other than that

Everything. This casino needs to be under investigation. Other reviews online aka bigfreechiplist is buzzing about how unfair this casino is. I have played here since they opened, and have lost many deposits playing regular bets (for an average player) and hit vip my first day. They do not have a clear vip system, not answering emails and their staff is rude. I would think twice, three of four times.

Easy to deposit and could play before confirmed. Practice mode was clean and crisp.

They most likely cheat. I did my tests on the roulette table american style. Did the practice mode hundreds of times and the odds came out correctly. I'm talking about bet on black 1/1.9 chance of profit.
As soon as I deposited money and played for keeps the statistics took a huge turn and I am hitting 3-5 reds in a row green here and there. Thought I would double check make sure I am accurate so did some more tests with the rest of my balance about 20$ that I am ashamed I gave them. Chances of winning on that roulette changed to about 1/0.78.

When I play I expect the rules to be the same as a table top game if I am playing table top.

Could they have skewed it a little different 1/1.5 maybe and I wouldn't have noticed but oh mah gawd was night and day.

Will I play practice mode? Hell yeah it's smooth I like it.

Will I give them any more money? No. They cheat I would not deposit anything with them if I were you and hard core. They want no chance of you walking out of there with anything you deposited.

Recently I became a member at Vegascasino.io. They are a bitcoin casino and I am not familiar with this currency at all, I've never deposited in bitcoins because it all seems too complicated for me. They have interesting software providers- Play'nGo, Betsoft and Novomatic and overall their casino page looked great too. I had the opportunity to claim a no deposit bonus and that was the main reason I registered there.

At first I didn't get the no deposit bonus, but I contacted their live support and they behaved very professionally and friendly at the same time, I felt welcomed there. I was told to wait a little so a few hours later I logged into my account and saw that 20mBit no deposit was added. It had 35x wagering and 80mBit max cashout.

They have decent game selection and I saw there Lucky Count slot, which I like a lot. I started to play it but instead of 0.25 bets, it had 0.02 minimum coin size, which made the minimum stakes 0.50 per spin. I wasn't happy about that because my balance wasn't high enough for those stakes. I still played though, hoping for a free spins round. With few big winnings I got balance up to 63 mBit but then I got a dry run and balance dropped to 10mBit. After that I went to play Fruitzen slot, which seems to be great for meeting wager. I played with minimum stakes for about 30 minutes. My balance went up and down all the time, but at the end I lost it all.

Overall I had a really nice impression about this casino. Game selection was nice, support was good and helpful and lobby looked nice. Nothing lagged and no technical problems appeared. Also they have nice deposit bonuses and live dealer games as well. Having that said, I probably wouldn't deposit there because they didn't have neither Microgaming or Netent games and bitcoins are still something very confusing to me.
