Closed my account and void my winnings with no reason at all!

After a substantial, big win VegasCasino.io refused to pay my withdrawal. KYC procedure was done successfully, but after that they set up a false claim that I would supposedly have a second account (or something related to that, they never exactly particularized) and removed my winnings.

None of their allegation applies to me:

(bonuses are) limited to one per
-user (I don't have any other user at their website)
-IP address (I have my own personal mobile 4G connection that I solely use myself, I just ordered a SIM-card, I can send a proof of my SIM-card and the connection letter dated 29 July 2019, if needed. No other person has been on the line - at all.)
-electronic device (false, I just played on my new computer that I got less than two weeks ago, no one else used it at all)
-household (only one VegasCasino.io account in my household)
-residential address (only one VegasCasino.io account in the address)
-telephone number (I never typed in any telephone number in the profile)
-payment method (I used my new bitcoin account I also just opened about a week ago)
-e-mail address and (no one else uses my email account that I used to register)
-any public environments (I didn't play in any public place at all)

The deduction of my winnings doesn't have grounds. Furthermore, as this happened just after a big win and not for example anytime before that makes it even more suspicious. If it really was the case that I had violated their terms, they could have and should have reacted earlier. They didn't, clearly because there was no breach at any time.

I put my trust in VegasCasino.io as a trustworthy casino and risked money by playing there. If I lose in a game, I will accept that I willingly took the risk to play, but as well if I win, I should be able to trust the site's fairness - I should be paid my winnings - I especially and carefully read and followed their bonus terms.

So my issue is when I logged on to there website to make a deposit I first went to bonus tab for a depoeen sitting bonus. There I found a 50% deposit bonus and it stated to click enable if I wanted the bonus. So I clicked enable and it turned green meaning it was activated. I know this part of the procedure because I have deposited at this casino for last 3 or 4 years and I know when it turns green it's all good...so after seeing it turn green I went to deposit screen and made my deposit successfully. It was with Bitcoin so to b honest I have no idea how much I shod of started with because I don't quite understand Bitcoin. I just assumed my bonus was added in because like I said it was green and I didn't have any reason to think that it wasn't on there. Hence why I didn't contact them right away. So after I was done playing I went to history to see what time I hot bonus as u can only do 1 in a 24 hour period so I was gonna wait to deposit more when time was up. Upon checking history I didn't see my bonus and that is when I contacted support. They basically blamed it on a glitch and that basically I was s.o.l..(shit out of luck) I don't feel that this was right or a fair response. I didn't make the system have a glitch so why should I be punished for there glitch? I deposit ALOT of money into these casinos and all I expect is do what u say. I did my part. I activated bonus and deposited my money. Now I just want then to do there part and not make excuses for why they can't or won't. It's not even that much money (10 dollars) now it's just principal and being about what you say and advertise. Live chat was rude and snotty on top of it all...poor customer service..I believe in right is right and wrong is wrong and I'm not in the wrong here.

About 2 months ago I opened an account at vegascasino.io.
I made a depsit and got a 100 % welcome bonus.
I played through all wagering requirements and got my balance to approximately 5.2 BTC.
After this I attempted to make a withdrawal.
It got declined and vegascasino asked me for different kinds of documents to verify my account. I provided them with exactly everything they asked for and then I waited for an answer.

When I had sent them 2 emails, contacted live support several times and waited over a month they finally answered me. This is the only thing they said:

"Your Account did not pass Security Review and is permanently closed with all funds frozen.

The decision is final and we will not indulge in any further discussions."


I have no idea what has happened here. If some of my documents were not approved I would be happy send new ones, but they don't ask for anything at all. I do not understand how they can out of nowhere just close my account like this due to not passing security review.

And the fact that they specifically say that "we will not indulge in any further discussions" shows how completely unhelpful they are in this situation.

I do not know what I have done wrong.

I want vegascasino.io to review this case again. Please tell me what part of the security review I did not pass so we can fix the problem. Then I want to withdraw my legitimate winnings of 5.2 BTC.

My total balance shows the anount of 7.69mbtc. And have been confirmed. Please see attached file. However, I am unable to play or withdraw.

I have deposited more into account in order:

I have deposited required amount. It had been confirmed. I still have no access to funds, cant withdraw, or play They have not done anything.please help.
I have contacted support many, many times. Emailed support, the finance department and have been given different reasons. I have submitted and did everything they required. And still have no access to play or withdraw. Email Support, and 24/7 online chat support either non responsive, ends chat abruptly, or offer no solution. they saod they will forwaRd issue to different department for further investigation. I haven't heard back. Not sure why the 2.71 deposit was declined to begin with.

Hello - On 11/20 I contacted online chat and requested that my account be permanently closed due to me having a gambling issue. I was directed to email customer service with my request. I immediately sent an email requesting closure and self exclusion due to having a gambling problem.

I did not get a response until the next day in 11/21 stating they don’t do permanent closures, only short term because then I would never be able to play there again (kind of the point of me requesting the self exclusion since I have an issue). I again immediately responded that I had a gambling problem and was still depositing and needed for them to close and block my account for whatever the longest was they could do if they weren’t able to do permanent.

On 11/22 I still had not heard back and again sent an email reiterating the importance of closure since I was still depositing and really needed their assistance on being excluded.

As of today (four days after my original request, I have not heard back from them and my account is still open. I have deposited around $700-$800 US dollars worth of bitcoin since my original request. They refuse to close my account despite several requests. I would like my account closed and believe they should refund all deposits made after the original request. They are blantantly ignoring my request in an attempt to get more money from me. It is shady and very unprofessional.

Hello there, Vegascasino.io is refusing to let me withdraw my btc after I completed their rollover and provided all documents that they wanted. Initially they requested ID and proof of address - which I provided. They accepted my ID, but refused proof of address so I gave them a better one. Next they accepted my proof of address, but requested a photo of me holding my ID next to my face. I thought was odd, but didn't think it was weird enough not to acquiesce. Following this I did not hear from them for 2 days at which time I sent them an e-mail asking what was taking so long and if I could get an update. A day later they respond saying that I had relation to some other account that I've never heard of and that my account would remain under security review until I explained that account's relevance. They are denying payout. Please askgamblers could you help mediate this dispute between the casino and I?

Hello, I opened an account at vegascasino.io. I did a deposit and accepted the bonus. I won round about 14-15 BTC and after fulfilling rollover I ended up with approx. 12BTC. When I tried to withdraw 2 BTC, they asked for KYC. Everythings alright so far, but now it gets fishy: I first replied from the registered mail to the e-mail from the security department from vegascasino.io, if I could supply the documents requested for the KYC from another email, as I used a discardmail to register (I obviously checked their T&C before. Discardmails were not forbidden. PS: I don't like to get spammed). They answered and told me, I have to send them the documents from the registered mail. Fine, fine. I find a workaround and send them the requested documents. Problem now: suddenly they deny to get any mails with documents. I tried a few times to send them the mail. I contacted live chat, but nothing. To check, if maybe the problem was on my side, I sent the mails to other addresses. And surprise: no problem with submitting. I have no idea what to do... This stinks and I know I won't put any BTC on vegascasino.io anymore, but is there any way, any chance to get my money? 12 BTC is quite alot and feels so unfair to get ripped like this. I have all required KYC documents and proof (screenshots from live chat with date and screenshot of received emails with date) of what I accuse them. Further more I can obv provide evidence that the account at vegascasino.io is mine, that I won, fulfilled all terms etc., if requested. TLDR: Casino security department first got mail, than when email contains KYC docs, deny to get any mails.

hello my name is dane and i learned about bitcoins only about 4 months ago, then bitcoin gmbling. almost 2 weeks ago i won a total of 452 BTC over a period of 4 days at vegascasino.io i first won 90BTC and then when they told me they needed to conduct a "KYC" know your customer review that would prevent any withdrawals until my idenity is verified. so i kept playing and before they disabled my account i was up to 452BTC!! so i imediatly gave them all the documents they wanted. snpshot of ip address, dirvers license,, 2 forms of address verification. they told me it would be 24 hours. 2 days later they wanted different screenshot, new pic of drivers license. then 2 more days pass and they wont ever respond. i get a phone call from a blocked caller who tells me they work for the casino and want me to know i will never pass the KYC review unless i agree to pay them! yeah, crazy. he also threatened to harm me and my family if i mentioned this and reepeated to me my address. i had not told one single person of my win. just the casino chat reps and myself knew. i opened the chat and told them what had happened and they acted like it was no big deal. told me to email the department doing my revieww. i did and they have never asked me about it, responded to it NOTHING! i am told via email on the 8th daay of waiting that i will not be allowed to hve all my winnings, ony 20BTC due to bonus abuse they claim. they say that i opened accounts under family members names and used bonuses. now this is NOT TRUE. my husband has an account-deposited and played there one time a long time ago and didnt use s bonus. when i opened my aaccount i told them th e names of family and their account info so it wouldnt cause any issues. they told me it was fine. then my sister had an account and pllaayed a handful of times. she doesnt even live in the same house or city as me and then my father opened an account to look around but he NEVER PLAYED OR DEPOSITED. during the KYC review they also emailed those people for their documentation. i helped submit all of it and it was perfect. everything was in order. so now all of the sudden they tell me ive abused the bonus syste,m. i dont even use bonuses when i plaay. they told me they were disabling my account i was to submit a withdrawal for 20BTC and then reply to the email that i accept there compromise. i submitted the withdrawal but then responded after it was proccessed that i do not agree with theeeem and accept nothing of the sort. i told them if i had really bonus abused or brpooken the rules they wouldnt have agreed to pay me anything therefore they know im not guilty. i am very mad at the entire way tthe bitcoin casino system works. its not set up with any sort of player protection or help should anything happen to them and the casino operators know thiis. so if a person wins biig and they cant afford to pay out-they find a way to screw them. im asking to anyone out there what can i do? where do i go? who can i hiree to help me? arrrre there any type of advocates out there? what can i do to ensure vegascasino.io has to recieve some ssort of punishment for thiis. i meea im in the USA true, but this is more than just gambling, they had someone call me to threaten, extort me. to threaten someones life is a crime and so is demanding payment from a person. please give me feedback. thank you i have attached few screenshots. one shows my balance when it waas high, it doubled from there. also copies of emails from them to me. they deleted my entire ccount and i cant access ny trnsacctyion detsaills, however i do have the details in coinbase. they also deleted my sister and husbands accounts sio there is no way to view theyt didnt really play there. in the email tehy stte that they notified my family members of KYC verification, and also the closure of their accounts. they did not. i had them send in the documents and practically did it for them so it would be codrrect and fast. but the casino never sent any email asking for the items, even though they told me they did. i know its because they were trying to find a way to not pay me. but there wasnt anything id done wrong. EXCEPT WIN!
