I have deposited 0.006771 btc

My total balance shows the anount of 7.69mbtc. And have been confirmed. Please see attached file. However, I am unable to play or withdraw.
I have deposited more into account in order:
" To deblock your Account you need to deposit 1.63mbtc and with this 1.07mbtc on your Account we could revert BadTX and settle the debt made with the above-mentioned unconfirmed transaction."
I have deposited required amount. It had been confirmed. I still have no access to funds, cant withdraw, or play They have not done anything.please help.
I have contacted support many, many times. Emailed support, the finance department and have been given different reasons. I have submitted and did everything they required. And still have no access to play or withdraw. Email Support, and 24/7 online chat support either non responsive, ends chat abruptly, or offer no solution. they saod they will forwaRd issue to different department for further investigation. I haven't heard back. Not sure why the 2.71 deposit was declined to begin with.

Dear Monika29,
It looks like you made a deposit with a lower transaction fee (around time when bitcoin hit 20.000$ - high network congestion) therefore you couldn’t play with it immediately, since it was waiting much longer for at least one confirmation.
Bitcoin transactions on our casino get reverted if being unconfirmed after three days, but in this instance the system failed to do so. Your account was credited with the full amount, which in reality never came to our address.
In order for you to use your account, you needed to re-deposit at least 2.7 mBTC to match your actual deposits with your account balance. This happened on 22.12.2017 after you deposited 7.69 mBTC (in two transactions), before this complaint was published, and as far as we can see (in our back office), you played with that money.
Please, let us know if something else happened here.
