Smart Live Gaming Casino - After 11 Weeks still no pay
On the 24 th of May 2016 I deposited £200 and received a £200 bonus. I played slots varying my bet sizes between £18 and £10. This was well within the stipulated terms for the promotion that I participated in. I went on a winning streak and ended up cashing out £3770 after going well over the wagering requirement. Soon after I was asked to provide documents. They were accepted and I was asked to take a phone call which I did. Everything seemed fine and I was told the withdrawal would be processed. Fast forward a few months and I am yet to receive a penny. I have been emailing and speaking to live chat but they do not help. I received the following email in response on the 27 th of July: ##- Please type your reply above this line -## Dear Rory, Thank you for choosing Smart Live. We are writing in regards of your pending withdrawal. Please be advised that we would like to express our sincere apologies in regards of the delay and the inconvenience in processing your withdrawal. We regret to inform you, however, that we have not yet completed your request and can assure you that your withdrawal is going to be processed as soon as possible. While the best efforts are taken to minimize the time of processing your withdrawal request, on this particular occasion we have failed to deliver on our commitment of processing all withdrawals within our 3-5 day time frame. In this regard, we kindly ask you to consider the possibility of your pending withdrawal transaction taking some more time to be processed. We realize our failure to deliver on the time frame, presented in our conditions, it may not take this much time, however you are kindly requested to bear with us, while we are working on resolving your request. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation trough this regard and we assured that your request is being handled accordingly, Once again we would like to express our sincere apologies for the delay and the inconvenience. It takes about 10 mins to do a report and has to be well worth it to bring this CEO and company to justice, right? We literally have nothing left to lose. Cheers all for the messages so far..

Update:
My complaint is being processed with Action Fraud now - it takes up to 28 days to conclude but they are already asking for me to upload emails, communications with Smartlive and screenshots so gather up all your evidence - you will get a national crime reference number and password to do this. We now have the full power of the law working for us and are finally being taken seriously I hope..
Keep the faith all, lets get our money back..!

To those reporting them to Action Fraud, the CEO is called Alexader Leese. Although Companies House seems to indicate he stepped down in January, this is not true.

Three separate companies are involved:

SMART TV UK LIMITED (the only one which Alex Leese is still listed as director. He has applied to have it striken off. Those owed money should complain about this as well as reporting them to Action Fraud. This could prevent them being striken off and taking a step closer to avoiding responsibility.

SMART TV BROADCASTING LIMITED and SMART GAMING LIMITED - supposedly a new director started with these two in January, but at their headquarters Alexander Leese has been running the show. I do not know if the other person exists as this can be faked on such records (no identification is required when registering).

What a truly awful casino! From the non customer service to now the non payment of my withdrawals totaling £1085! I spoke to the UK gambling commission many times after I made my withdrawals on July 10th as I was concerned that people had withdrawals from mid June still pending! Finally after weeks of non payments the U.K. Gambling commission took the action of suspending licence! But now smartlive aren't operating and it looks unlikely anyone will get there money! If they don't surely this is a huge legal issue as the owe thousands! We can't let them get away with this.

The worst betting site I've used. Fortunately I only had a small amount to withdraw (£60) Obviously not received it and judging by the comment below they look like they're doing a runner. Hope they land themselves in jail.

Lots of bonuses, constantly get emails with deposit bonuses

Terrible customer services. Impossible to withdraw funds. Happy to take your money for deposits but don't pay out winning. I attempted to phone, email and live chat the business to find out why my withdrawal since 05.07.16 is still pending. But got a different excuse each time. I even went to their offices in Holborn to get answers but the gave me some rubbish answers instead.

Decided to take legal action by going to the small claims court and make a formal complaint to the gambling commission.

Got this email today:

"The Gambling Commission has commenced a review under section 116 of the Gambling Act 2005 (the Act) and, under section 118 of the Act, has decided to suspend Operating Licence No 000-002715-R-103240-011 Combined Remote Operating Licence and 002715-N-104517-010 General Betting Standard Operating Licence held by Smart TV Broadcasting Limited whilst that review takes place.

The Commission has decided to commence a review because it suspects that Smart TV Broadcasting Limited (the Licensee) is unsuitable to carry on the licensed activities (section 120(1)(d) of the Act) and considers it appropriate to suspend the licences with immediate effect pending the conclusion of the review.

In accordance with section 118(4)(c) of the Act the Licensee is authorized to settle any outstanding winning bets that it has accepted in reliance on the above operating licences and return any outstanding balances to customers.

The suspension is an interim measure, the need for which will be kept under consideration whilst the review takes place.

We are aware that there are currently customers who have outstanding balances in their accounts with the operator. Regrettably, at this point we have no further information on the position of customer funds."

I would high recommend that anyone who is outstanding winning to withdraw ASAP and start legal proceeding through small claims court. They have 19 days to respond from the date of action. The revived my court letter today so they have 14 days to pay my withdrawal, court fees and interest.

I have about 10000 $ and pending withdrawals 13 days, no phone works, even live chat most of time not work, what legal action i shall do. Im outside uk

No further news as yet, however doesn't look good for our withdrawals. The phone line is now confirmed out of use by chat staff this afternoon.

I have been a member of Smart Life Casino for many years and for most of the time as a VIP. I am supposed to enjoy fast payouts and the services of a VIP manager. This week they seem to have stopped making payments but have taken deposits this week. Despite numerous attempts by various methods I cannot establish contact with them. Very dodgy company. Has no regard for employees or customers. To all who have not been paid, I suggest you prepare to launch legal action if possible. There will surely be enough of you to be able to take them on if you work together.

I can see from looking at their publicly accessible online records that they are lying about when management positions have changed. Personally, I can think of no legitimate reason to do that. It makes me very suspicious due to my experiences of other companies who have done such things. This suspicion is compounded by the poor state of their publicly accessible accounts. I wonder what is going on here...
