Hi I would like to let everyone know about my experience with this casino. I was a member of this casino for 9 years played regularly and became a Vip member which gave me benefits, such as instant payouts cashback and large bounses (which I don't play with as I don't like wager requirements).

A few times I had won big money but always ended up spending it again before I withdrawn, now and again when I won smaller amounts I would withdraw with no problems money usually left my account withing hours. However recently I won £20,000 playing live roulette and for once I didn't want to blow it all as that is a lot of money to me, I was so excited couldn't wait to see all the money in my account. I withdraw the money on the 3rd of February and sent my vip manager an email asking him to process it straight away, which he replied yes he will process it to the withdrawal team. The next day I went into my account and the money was still there, so I thought okay I'll give it till tonight, checked again but it was still in my account.

Well 12 days had went passed and the money was still in my account. And I had called and emailed various times each time I was told it will be processed tomorrow, on the 15th of February I receive an email to say my account is under review, I didn't understand why but I was told I had to wait to hear from upper management, now with all that money sitting in my account I just wanted to spent it so over the next week I cancelled my withdrawal and put £3000 of it into my account and lost it all in kept going like this all week till I final had spent the lot. When all the money had gone I receive a email from upper management to tell me that my account has passed the review, now if I had still had that £20,000 in my account I'm sure they would have found some way to close it down so they wouldn't have to pay out. It makes me sick thinking about what I did, and how it was treated after 9 years of beening with this casino

I won £900 on the slots partially from there sign up bonus but also partially from £10 that I deposited! They ran me round in circles trying to withdraw my winnings sending them various different types of identification! Eventually tonight I got a phone call from them telling me that my winnings would be deducted leaving me with a final amount of £60! And for me to be able to withdraw the £60 I need to deposit another £10 from my bank account!

This company is one big scam and needs shut down! AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE if you value your bank account balance!
