Smart Live Gaming Casino - After 11 Weeks still no pay
On the 24 th of May 2016 I deposited £200 and received a £200 bonus. I played slots varying my bet sizes between £18 and £10. This was well within the stipulated terms for the promotion that I participated in. I went on a winning streak and ended up cashing out £3770 after going well over the wagering requirement. Soon after I was asked to provide documents. They were accepted and I was asked to take a phone call which I did. Everything seemed fine and I was told the withdrawal would be processed. Fast forward a few months and I am yet to receive a penny. I have been emailing and speaking to live chat but they do not help. I received the following email in response on the 27 th of July: ##- Please type your reply above this line -## Dear Rory, Thank you for choosing Smart Live. We are writing in regards of your pending withdrawal. Please be advised that we would like to express our sincere apologies in regards of the delay and the inconvenience in processing your withdrawal. We regret to inform you, however, that we have not yet completed your request and can assure you that your withdrawal is going to be processed as soon as possible. While the best efforts are taken to minimize the time of processing your withdrawal request, on this particular occasion we have failed to deliver on our commitment of processing all withdrawals within our 3-5 day time frame. In this regard, we kindly ask you to consider the possibility of your pending withdrawal transaction taking some more time to be processed. We realize our failure to deliver on the time frame, presented in our conditions, it may not take this much time, however you are kindly requested to bear with us, while we are working on resolving your request. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation trough this regard and we assured that your request is being handled accordingly, Once again we would like to express our sincere apologies for the delay and the inconvenience. What a let down, was thinking more in hope than reality that smartlive were taking owing loads of money to customers seriously, the withdrawal form was filled in over 48 hours ago and no response!

I will be contacting action fraud tomorrow with details of the withdrawal form, as its very wrong to be getting customers to fill in bank details with no intention to pay!

I have heard nothing further from smartlive myself since the withdrawal page was posted and original email saying they would be in touch within 48 hours, which has obviously passed, so this could be worthless I'm afraid..

Thanks for everyones input over the past weeks.

I have now filled out a withdrawal form and received an email back from [email protected] saying:

Thank you for contacting us.We have received your message and will respond to you within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).

At least I feel that there might be some hope after all.

I may of course be disappointed once more but at least I can look forward over the next few days to just a glimmer of a resolution and hopefully the return of my money.

I'll let you know if there are any developments.

What do we all make of this latest website and the withdrawal form? Is it genuine progress or just another twist in the tale?

I can't see any mention of the a guaranteed call back within 48 hour and there seems no means of contacting them. I know that the GamblingCommission seems to have washed their hands of us now that the licenses have been handed back. There must be questions about how they "control" this industry.

I'm worried about not getting my money back (a not inconsiderable sum) but I'm beginning to think that achieving our objective of justice seems to bea long and winding road with no certainly of successfully reaching our destination.

Smart Live Website now up. Has a "withdraw request form" that you can fill out to input bank details as GC promised. Once filled out they say they will contact within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to advise of next steps. So get on now and fill in details.

Seriously what is going on with this casino! They owe me £1085 and others! Gambling commission don't wanna know! Fraud squad but will they recover all peoples money! They are still active on companies house records.

Still waiting on my 2700 withdrawal made 15th June no response of smart live I've filed a fraud as people advised and contact uk gambling commission hopefully we all get paid what we are owed

I have been trying to withdraw £1,300 fromSLG since the 8th July. On chat they fob you off with things like "its not in my pay scale" or we will send you an e-mail to confirm your withdrawal.

I have tried phoning them many times and have never yet got through. I took the advice of Dave and reported the site to actionfraud.police.uk. they were very helpful and also advised me to get in touch with the gambling commission. I will let you all know the outcome. I am not holding out any hope of receiving my money.

Complain about "SMART TV UK LIMITED". This one is applying to be struck off and if this happens it may influence your ability to get your money back. I am not sure though since - as I said before - there are two other holding companies invovled.
