Omni Slots Casino - Payout cancelled because of "strategic betting"
Dear AskGambler team,

I opened an account with OmniSlots last week because of good reviews and deposited a total of 2750 EUROS, ranging from 100-500 Euros each time. From 2 of these deposits, which were 500 Euros each, I managed to win a bit and made 3 different withdrawals of 1000, 1500 and 1000 euros. The first 2 deposits coming from the first 500 Euros deposit were given an OK status (also the site had a problem with my viewing my withdrawal history right from the beginning which they never resolved, so I had to ask the support to check if my withdrawals were ok). However after my third withdrawal I received an email stating that you will cancel my withdrawals and only deposit the last 500 deposit because of “strategic betting”. I asked them to explain how my betting was strategic as I play normal blackjack with high and low bets at random and it is all luck and if they had a problem with my way of betting they could have said so when I was losing 2750 Euros and not only when I managed to get lucky and win. However, they just repeated themselves and did not show any prove of that. I feel extremely discriminated as a new gambler. I have played the same way, mostly computerized blackjack across other gambling sites with no problems and I never managed to win as a net as it is not a winning strategy, just normal highering and lowering bets because of getting bored. I feel their claim is against fair play by confiscating my winnings and not reimbursing me for my losses and making the odds hugely on their favor more than what is expected from gambling sites. I like this matter to paid a closer attention too and I am extremely upset and displeased with how they treated me.

Omni Slots Casino - Stalling payment for 4 months
I registered on Omni slots casino on 21st of September. I made deposit of 200 euros using my Neteller account. I ended up winning 9200 euros and wanted to continue playing, I asked casino support if I can place higher bets, to which it replied that I have to make withdrawal first and then re-deposit. I agreed and in order to withdraw I was first asked to submit documents such as ID and proof of address as well screenshot of my Neteller account and selfie of myself holding my ID which I did submit. I received an e-mail that my account was successfully verified and that I can withdraw my funds to Skrill in 1 business day. However, I deposited from my Neteller account and wanted to withdraw to Neteller as well. I had no other choice but to present my Skrill account to casino and casino stated that I could not withdraw to my Skrill account I could only withdraw using bank transfer. I presented 2 bank accounts to casino as well as the bank statements and casino requested that I send them the bank statement from the bank account from which I was funding my Neteller wallet. I sent this bank statement to the casino and I was requested a video call using Skype. I successfully passed the video call verification on 18th of December and I haven`t been receiving any replies until 7th of January. After that, I was asked to present a bank statement that I already presented and I once again sent the bank statement with the bank stamp. Then I was asked to present Notarized documents on 10th January and while I was preparing them, after 4 days, my account was blocked and my winnings were confiscated. I prepared all of the documents and sent them on 19th without knowing my account was already blocked by that time. In the end, first of all casino asked me to withdraw my funds, then successfully verified my account, then did not allow me to withdraw to my deposit method and started asking me for additional verifications which it have been doing for 4 months, and after for 4 month it was still asking me for some verifications and blocked my account after I did not send them the documents in 4 days and sent in 9 days instead. According to terms in conditions, there are no time frames for the documents submissions, especially since when the manager of the casino can go missing for 2 weeks and not reply to my messages. Dear Ask Gamblers team, please help me with the resolution of this issue.

Omni Slots Casino - Refused to pay my €7,075 winnings due to software error which occurred AFTER my winning session
My winnings of €7075 on 16/07/2018 got voided because of the wazdan error (which happened a day later) on 17/07/2018. Let me explain this step by step.

Wazdan error: apparently wazdan forced an update on their slot machines without noticing Omni Slots which resulted in bets not deducting from players accounts.

My complaint: Bets were deducting from my account balance just fine. I would of course have noticed if this wasn't the case. To ensure this even more: I had about €700 left in my account when i won the big amount of exactly €8000, leaving me with €8700 balance in my account. I continued my bets and lost around €1675, which left me with an account balance of €7075. I cashed out 100% of my balance which later got cancelled. Also, the wazdan error happened at 17/07/2018 (as stated in the email) and my cash out and plays happened at 16/07/2018.

What happened: After 1.5 month of emailing the support daily (who were really nice to me, this was not an issue), i got a full refund of the deposits i made on 17/07/2018 and got partially refunded the deposits i made on 16/07/2018 (total deposit that day: €2848. refund: €1680).

What do i want: I would be totally satisfied if i could get the winnings i won legit of €7075 back minus the refunds. If my calculations are correct this will leave me with €3740.

I really hope we can work this out.

Good bonus offer. Easy to handle.

But lost all my money within one hour, but that´s how a casino is working.

The games offer is limited, there a lot of operators with a bigger offer of different casino games.

I really like everything.

I sent verification docs they were done and verified in about an hour. Then when I made a bank withdrawal of $3536 dollars it was paid straight away and I wasn't able to reverse it which is a very big plus for me I do not like being able to reverse the withdrawal so that was great. All good until I requested a withdrawal - not what you would expect from a casino with a rating above 8.

Like so many people on this website I join casinos based on the reviews. The key factor is the withdrawal process/speed after being burnt many times online.

Omni Slots Casino has a super rating of 8.25 hence I was expecting the best! On the AskGamblers website the e-wallet withdrawal shows a period of 0-12 hours.

Upon requesting a withdrawal to an already verified e-wallet (Skrill) I have been told there is a 24 hour 'hold' period for business days which means I have to wait all weekend before the reverse withdrawal period is even over. I asked if this could be flushed but was rejected and told to wait. Further to this it will take another BUSINESS day for it to be processed. Hence in total it will take 4 days to a verified e-wallet.

My huge gripe with this is the fact that such a high rating (8.25) is not really justified for such a slow withdrawal process which does not even include weekends. I am sure a lot of you will agree - with many online casinos with a rating above 8.0 pay to verified e wallets within a matter of minutes.

Hence we all should have a more realistic expectation with Omni Slots casino as their withdrawal process takes far longer than what you might expect.

Personally I believe the rating/review should be adjusted as we, as the reported payout time - it is NOT 0-12 hours as shown.

I was surprised to read your review because one of the things we are focussed on at OmniSlots is fast payouts. So I just checked your account and I saw that you had your payout within 5 hours after pending period. Off course for bank payouts there is extra time in the weekends but thats because the banks do not wire in these days, otherwise we would do this. Also just to clarity the payment periods. As you can read in our terms and conditions and also stated on the Askgamblers site there is a pending period of 24 hours and after those 24 hours the payment time for e-wallets is 0-12 hours. Maybe you didn't understand that part. I understand that you were disappointed that the live chat did not flush your account manually but they do not have the tools to do that. What I can can do is to bring this up internal and see if we can add this option soon. I hope next review you will also tell that you were treated very nice by our bonus manager and that that was why you had such a nice payout. Christa

I joint this website because they have Amatic Industry games, among others, and accept AUD currency.

I tried playing with them with 1st deposit, but I doubt I'll play there again. There is no Live Chat - or rather it says Live Chat, but what you do is you are leaving a message so that someone responds later via email.

My 1st question was answered promptly, but I'm yet to get reply for my 2nd question. It's been 24hrs. This scares me. If there are issues in future, you risk being frustrated chasing for response.

There is no option "forfeit bonus", wagering requirement is still displayed. I'm reluctant to take risk and deposit 2nd time and have to wager 1st deposit amount, if I lost 99% of my first deposit. Usually, if you lose, you can cancel your bonus, and start fresh with another deposit.

Overall, the website feels like it's "work-in-progress". Unable to comment on verification or withdrawals because I haven't done these yet.

My first thought was...is this casino related in any way to Playtech's Omni Casino? Nope, no way! Dang! If it was, then I can be sure that it'll be a damn good casino like Omni. But upon checking up on the rating of Omni Slots Casino at AskGamblers, it turned out to be damn good casino nonetheless. So, what was I waiting for? Who said I was? I signed up immediately! Hahaha.

Was I THAT easy to convince? Nope, no way! In fact, I checked out their T&C first, then checked out their promotions and terms, followed by their wagering requirements on deposits and free spins, and finally, I checked out what games were available for me to play. Starburst was there...good. Fruit Zen was there...yappa-dappa-doo! If there's Fruit Zen, there's going to be Afi then...for sure! Why do I love these two games in particular? At first when I came across to Omni Slots casino, first thought was they are somehow connected to Omni Casino, but having 2 different software I wanted to visit that casino and see what they have to offer. This is really freshly added casino, because they are established this year having not so trust able license Curacao one, but reading nice comments so far I was intrigued to find some more.

The info that I found here at AG for the withdrawal, when it comes to this casino, I did not liked it much. The Pending Time is 48 - 72 hours + 24 - 48 hours for the payment on some of the E- Wallets service. That means the total you can wait for payment is to 5 days. Maybe that's not so long time but today there are so many online casinos in which you will be paid within 24 hours.
