Fast registration and verification. Lots of various games. Many deposit and withdrawal methods. Overal it is not bad casino. Preaty much like any other online casino.

Chat customer service took few times too long to respond, and it happened when I was very nervous due to losing lots of money on those days. It didn't feel right.

Nothing positiv to say. The casino is not taking care of responsible gaming requests.

The casino accept deposits from restricted country’s like Switzerland and keep the money. The aloud to have two accounts even one is self excluded and accept deposits but no refund. I can’t recommend this casino.

We take all complaints extremely seriously. However, we would like to point out that in the space of one hour this player has submitted 4 complaints on 4 casinos including ours all with a similar basis  "nothing positive to say...bad experience..." Over the past 3 months the player has complained with similar reasons on 11 online casinos. However, as stated we take all complaints seriously and address his review as follows.

The player failed to provide his documentation for verification so we were unable to see the connection with his previous account which was blocked on 20/12/2017 which was the date this was requested by him. Our T&C S4.3 clearly state that a player can only open one account with Omnislots. The player failed to inform us that he had another account with us. The player contacted us after playing for 4 days and then told us that we should not have opened his account as he had another account with us. We wrote to the player on 19/02/2019 informing him that it was his responsibility  to inform us that he had opened another account and we have since blocked the new account. 

With regards to the Swiss change in legislation, we are well aware of the change in legislation and have until the July of this year to remove ourselves from this jurisdiction. 

We stress that we take the laws, regulations and complaints extremely seriously.

what can i say.. now i finally after 10 years online casino play met the scam casino that take my 2700 euro winnings. And three times i asked simple questions via online chat.. every three times answers were something odd and wrong, i dont know are those chat persons aware any rules that their casino have??? You all players know that is some slot game is not allowed to play with bonus money, then other casinos have this pop-up window where it tell to player that "you cant play this with active bonus!"

I have had nothing but a pleasant experience here.I was so sceptical of online gambling but it is possible to win here and they pay out.I'm really happy with the service I receive.

In general decent I guess, some nice games and such. No bonuses which I like since bonuses are the worst thing ever.

Looked like a nice casino until i ran into an issue, please look below.

No responsible gaming tools, and when I asked support to put up a deposit limit they said there was none and proceeded to goad me (quite rudely) with "aren't you in control of your finances?". When I pointed out this was very unusual for a casino and that most have them in place to stop excessive gambling he said "yet we do not have these in place" like it was no big deal. Dodgy and exploitative practice and they won't see a dollar from me.

Not much at all after the negative experience i have had.

I made a withdrawal from this casino and used bank transfer for my withdrawal method.After waiting 5 days and asking on a number of times why this is taking longer then expected they finally told me that my withdrawal bounced. This was also after they assured me that it would be in my bank by the end of the week. They requested that I complete my withdrawal details again, I did this and the process started all over again. I requested a copy of my original details I submitted to see where I had gone wrong causing my withdrawal to bounce. After requesting this several times I still never received the information.

Funny enough the next time I proceeded to log in it declined me. I went to live chat and the host told me that my account had been closed due to me asking about my withdrawal so many time on live chat.I think anyone in my shoes would of been doing the same thing. He then proceeded to tell me to back off and if I contact them again before Friday ( 5 days time) they will completely block me from all communication.

I ended up receiving part of my withdrawal and have sent 3 emails to the manager and they continue to ignore me. But wait for it, Omni slots started sending me their weekly promotions again!!!!

In general, a pleasant casino with variety games, nice design etc., but nothing special at all.

At first I have problem with my first deposit I made via bitcoin, but then I received a letter informing me that my problem was solved, so thanks to the technical support of Omnislots. Then I totally lost it (but it's not problem, it's casino, come on, ordinary situation here), but when next week I receive mail with slot of the week promo (u receive free spins if you made a deposit last week) and tried to use it I failed. I checked the cashier and realized that deposit story was empty. I turned to live chat but instead of helping with the problem, I received only assurances that everything there is displayed correctly and I don't have any deposits. Omni slots was one of the latest casinos I made an account in. I found them after I started looking for new casinos that offered Amatic games. Anyway the casino was established in 2015 and they belong to the Dialinvest International N.V. group of Casinos. I didn’t know much about this casino at the time but I did see some positive reviews. The only thing that kept me from making a deposit here and trying out the slots was the withdrawal timeframe. I saw that they had a 24-72 hours payout timeframe to e-wallet accounts and I didn’t like that at all. I always play in casinos that payout instantly or at least within 24 hours.

Either way a few months later I remembered that I made an account here and decided to give them a try anyway. I made a 25 euros deposit via Neteller and 25 euros in bonus money was added to my account. They have a 100% match deposit bonus for your first deposit in the casino which has a very low wager of 30 x bonus amount. Plus you will get 50 free spins on Starburst. The second part of the bonus was of no interest to me at all.

Anyway I started playing my Amatic games and Diamond Cats was generous to me from the start. I got two bonus rounds and my balance was already at 100 euros. After that I moved on to Casanova and started playing on 0.60 bets. I won a bonus round after some time ending up with 180 euros on my balance.
