I made a withdrawal from omni slots the weekend before Christmas hoping for the funds to maybe be in my bank account now it's still not received yet and it's now 4 days into the new year and I have been emailing them asking for an explanation to which I've been told that there waiting for the payment processor to get back to them and that they have been told the funds haven't bounced back yet I've contacted my bank and they haven't received anything and can't see any attempt made to deposit anything from the casino I'm really upset because I was first hoping for the funds to maybe be in my bank account for Christmas which didn't happen then I thought definitely by the end of the year and still waiting I feel I'm just getting the run around surely it doesn't take almost 3 weeks for a resolution

First of all, we would like to congratulate you on your prize and are sorry to hear that you did not receive your payout before Christmas, despite us sending it a few days before.
I just spoke with our Finance Department and they informed me that your payout has been returned to us. Unfortunately because of the holidays it took a bit longer to obtain a response from the payment processor.
You should have received an email today with all the necessary information on how to request another payment.
