I verified my account at Omni, sent all requested documents, received an email that my accoutn is fully verified and that I can make withdrawals, when I did withdrawal of 980 eur, I received and email from omni that my account is under investigation per section 8.6 as review of game play, that was 9 days ago, I sent them after that several emails asking for explanation because access to account is restricted but no answer, on chat support tells me that account is locked by management decision but they cant give me more info, please help
