I took part in their promotion which had prize of 10eur free bet and 20 free spins. Those were suppost to be added in 24hours after bet settlememt. I got the frrr bet, but not the free spins. To this day those are still not on my account even tho I have contacted them numerous times.

Every bonus I have ever deposited/opted in for has not been credited on time. The “live chat” is more of a filing system and they cannot actually achieve anything more than the bot.
I have tried to give this casino chance after chance but the constant wait and hassle of receiving bonuses and the excuses used is exhausting.
If they manage to sort this bonus crediting issue out and get some actual assistance in the chat then it could be one of my favorite casinos. Until then, I’m confused as to why it’s a top casino on this forum.

There is alot of things that I very much dislike about this casino. I have been playing at this casino for a very long time 2 years id say now and when I first played here the games were suddenly hot I don't believe it's down to luck I think it was because I was newly player at this casino but I have noticed since December all I've been doing is depositing the games I play have been running extremely bad since December 2020 and what is worse is that you get no deposit bonuses on top of your actual deposit or any other offers from months and months of depositing and losing.

Sadly its taken 2 months of consistent play daily to even reach the 39,115.02 points with no games playing ball for a fair play session. I have asked the casino if they can add a bonus to my account based on my regular loyal custom but they say nothing available to add.

Huge choice of slots and bets

Need 150 characters but I dont really have anything else good to say. Maybe can mention withdrawals are quick but they are as quick as any other I've played before so.

Customer service on live chat is very rude and not interested in anything.

They lie about their calendar promotions. You do qualify for them but you wont receive. Even if you contact them they will just send you few houses further. And in the end wont respond to your emails.

When things were working they were working great but when things go wrong it can be a very stressful and time consuming period, they are good at processing payout transactions once you submit it online

I've been with novibet for 6-12 months now and up until recently everything was great however their services seem to be declining.

A few weeks ago 4 online live roulette bets messed up with the system taking funds and displaying a "bets not received in time" or "not enough balance" and not paying out when you win. I emailed them and they did sort it out within a few days.

I gamble every few days with this casino and have done so since I have joined them, the same issues started to pop up last week and when you have a £1000 spin the last thing you need is for your placed bet and winnings to disappear. Im currently missing around £3000 (in total, with my winnings). They say they are investigating its been a week I emailed them mid week and this is the following response;

"Your issue has been forwarded to the responsible casino provider immediately and is still being under investigation.

We cannot provide a time frame due to the fact that these problems can be time consuming regarding their complexity, which we cannot know since they are being processed by another responsible department."

Who knows if I will get the outcome in a few days ... weeks ... months :(
