We have investigated your case thoroughly and as you have already been informed you should request a withdrawal to an account that belongs to you. Also as you were informed due to a technical problem it was not possible to cancel the requests, for this reason the money was manually credited to your account so that you can request a withdrawal again to an account belonging to you. We believe the issue has been resolved.
