4 Months ago i tried to log into my Novibet account, to find a message saying i had been deactivated and contact customer support. I contacted them to be told i had to verify my ID (again, this seemed to be happening very regularly). I sent all the required documents and was told they would need to verify me through a phone call. I recieved the phone call, confirmed all my details and told they would get back to me. 4 Months down the line my account is STILL not open and they have £70 of my money in the account!
On contacting live chat and emailing - i keep getting told my account is currently under review with the security department and i will be informed when the investigation is completed. Im not even bothered that my account is closed as they have treated me unfairly, i just want my £70 back!

We have investigated your case thoroughly and as you have already been informed, the winnings have been removed. While registering to our website, you accepted our terms and conditions but your account has now been permanently deactivated due to violating our general terms 2.7.

2.7 Customers are only allowed to open one account. Opening of multiple accounts is not permitted. Should we have reasonable suspicions that any of our customers has opened multiple accounts with us we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to freeze that customer’s account or to close the account immediately and the customer shall forfeit all his winnings. Customers should also note that their original deposits will not be refunded. Customers shall also be liable towards the company for damages and costs incurred as a result of the fraud.

For starters i only have ONE account, id be very interested to see the proof that makes you believe i dont! In the email you sent me today you say my deposit will be refunded, so does this mean my £70 is on its way back to me??
