I have been waiting 3 weeks for my payment. My account is fully verified and I do not play with bonuses so there is no wagering.

I have contacted them many time, both customer support and by email and I get the same generic reply everytime "we are looking into this" or "this has been referred to the department to investigate"

They actually give no advice on what they are waiting for and don't say that its going to be processed. They money is also just gone from my account and if the withdrawal had not worked you would think it would get sent back to your account at least but it's no where to be seen.

Based on trust pilot reviews I can see this is a regular pattern with this casino and this is what they do... some people never see their winnings.

I wish I had known this before selecting this casino. I will continue to spread awareness at every platform and continue making complaints until this is resolved. I am also contacting the gaming commission to have this casino closed down if this is not resolved this week.

Reading tonnes on 1 star reviews like this is so disappointing that they are still allowed to operate and steal peoples money.

We have been investigating your case thoroughly. The payment has been sent from our side but we haven't got a reply from your bank if they have received it. We are already in contact with the payment provider so they can also get in touch with the bank and they also haven't received a reply. As soon as possible, you will have an update either by receiving the amount in your bank account, or by manually crediting again the amount to your account so that you can request a withdrawal again with another method. For the 4 weeks I have been waiting for my money you have said the same thing and I get the same replies. You can’t blame the bank, I called them and there’s nothing at their end. You your casino continues to scam customers and steal their money. Pay me what I’m owed within 48 hours or I will continue to take this further and have your license revoked. I am not fucking around here.

I hope you are fine. Payments team has informed me that they have already cancelled the first withdrawal, credited the amount manually and you requested again the withdrawal with the same method. We are checking it as well and let's hope it will get through this time. Thanks for your patience.
