Never played any game as I signed up and never got my bonus credit or free spins, withdrew my £10 deposit and asked if my details could be removed as I wouldn't be using the site. This was done but cant withdraw funds without uploading documents first, cant upload without an account so I cant get my money back.
Customer service is useless and never let on about this, after numerous emails to try and verify documents I'm still waiting on my deposit back

Easy to deposit money but cashing out pain in the butt. don't take my word for it just look at all the reviews the only issue with the site is withdrawing. Ironically i came to the site with this review site. In my case the site doesn't accept my citizen card which i used in all casino websites and they want me to get passport. Now i need to fork out $160 which is pointless. At least the least they good do is refund my credit card but even for that they are asking id. Where to start.....
1. No NET-ENT or Quickspin games.
2. Chat is only available ridiculous hours if your in N. America.
3. The deposit options are Visa/Mastercard (which are illegal in Canada), EcoPayz and Paysafecard.
4. Cashout limited to Wire Transfer if you don't use EcoPayz.
5. In 60 freshens worth .25 per I won a total $3.15 (should have been an indication)
6. In $600 deposits @ .50/per spin I never hit freespins or bonus not once. At one time I remember I was up by a little over $4.00 but that was it, the rest was BRUTAL. Mr. Play have a 48 hour "waiting" period before they even start processing a payout. This is for ONE thing only - to have gamblers loose their winnings again. If you ask to be paid to Skrill, there is absolutely no reason to wait, as long as an account is verified. Then they have 0-24 hours withdrawal timeframe. A total of 3 days.. to get a few houndred bucks? Not good in 2019.
