On the 8 of March I made a withdrawal request for NOK 13.000,- The day after I got an email from Mr.Play, that I had to upload one last document for account verification. I did so immediately. After this, there has been no contact from Mr.Play. In the following days, I sent several emails, questioning the silence, since they have a policy of 48 hours response time.

I have also been in contact with the customer support chat on the website. Every time they say that they will forward the issue to “customer service”, and that I will be contacted shortly (even within 30 minutes).

7 days have now passed, and I haven’t heard anything from customer service.

Hi Mr.Play,

On the 17. March your payment department replied to me, 8 days (!) after I sent you the ID document you requested for the pay out.

When you use 8 days (!) to reply to each mail, a “dialog” will you last for weeks and months.

On the same date, 17. March, I replied to your email, with a question for an alternative transfer method. Today, 5 days (!) after, you still have not answered this mail.

You are claiming that your response time is within 48 hours. What happened with that?

So maybe it is easier for my to get a response from you through Askgamblers, and my question is easy:

Can you please pay out my NOK 13.000,- as a normal bank transfer?

You already have all my bank details including IBAN/BIC, as you requested this documentation for the player account verification.

No news other than a mail from them after 7 more days (!), saying:

“Your query was escalated to relevant team. Once there is an update you will be contacted via email.”

Horrible customer service! So now I probably have to wait another 7 days before I hear anything.

Amazing!!
I have now opened a MiFinity account at last. Because mr.play will not answer any of my questions at all.
When I then try to make a withdrawal from mr.play to MiFinity (which of course is the only withdrawal option), IT IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!
