One of the best online casinos, at least of those I have played in. Comfortable and fast registration, verification also does not take much time. While I was waiting I played some games for free as a test, very cool opportunity. Found for myself here everything I need, a lot of slots that I have long wanted to play. So I can safely recommend, a stable and transparent online casino.

When I first visited the Mr.Play casino site I was struck by how user-friendly it is. It has a really good design and is very intuitive. I liked that many games have demo-versions and you can try for free. Also, Mr.Play casino have a cool welcome casino bonus and you can get some free spins.

What about minuses.. In some countries Mr.Play is not available. And what's really terrible is the chat support. They don't answer on my messages, calls and in the end I have to deal with the problem myself. Please, do something with it!!!!!

Customer support and complaints process is pretty much non-existent. Emailed 7 times and after 4 weeks got no acknowledgement. Spoke to live chat and 2 months later got a response to my complaint that was not even relevant to the issue. Asked them to look into this again and it has now been 3 months and customer support only replying "you will receive an email when the issue has been resolved".

I am a problem gambler and I have told this provider on other sites about my issues and they have not self-excluded my details and repeatedly let me gamble thousands of pounds a day. I am lucky other casinos take their responsibilities seriously however Mr.Play clearly continues to exploit vulnerable people.

Even when I deposited £2000 in a matter of hours, no affordability checks were done and no one questioned this. I lost my home as a result and there has been no communication from Mr.Play in months and months. Unfortunately this is has been a repeated problem with this company on their other sites. I would say to everyone, problem gambler or not, stay away as their support is terrible and if you run into a problem, it will not get resolved.

They gave me 5 free spins, nothing special except I walked away with £241.33 after 40x wagering.

Has both sports betting and casino on the site. Has a good selection of games but missing providers. Site is easy to use and do get a few promotions.

The support on the site is terrible. If there is any problem regarding withdrawals will not resolved. Have been waiting over a month for a small withdrawal and still no answer as to when it will be sorted. Also unable to get through to anyone on the phone regarding any issues

I tried Mrplay Casino a while back, long before I knew about the Aspire gaming platform that now runs the casino. I’m unsure if that has always been the case but perhaps I just wasn’t paying much attention back at the time. I remember being basically unimpressed by the site on the whole – there isn’t anything hugely wrong with this casino, but there also doesn’t really seem to be much to differentiate it in the extremely crowded marketplace that it now finds itself in.

Whilst I didn’t have much in the way of direct interactions with support, the fact that their live chat is not available around the clock makes them basically unremarkable in this regard, though getting through their KYC document verification was relatively quick and simple, so I can’t be too harsh on them in this respect.

Also not particularly special is their promotions – the welcome bonus package would be fine with 35x wagering on the bonus amount only, if it wasn’t for the silly 50% contribution percentage on many of the top-tier slot providers games. I don’t actually remember noticing this at the time, perhaps because I was playing other games a lot of the time, but now that I am more familiar with the Aspire casinos I have double checked the terms here and once again, found this harsh rule to be in place. Not all of the Aspire casinos have Play N Go slots, but Mr Play thankfully does have them and they are not subject to the 50% rule, so that’s a good thing as far as I am concerned.

Worst of all though, the usual 48 hour pending/reversable period applies when requesting a withdrawal here, and I do remember e-mailing support to ask if it was possible to have it flushed and potentially paid any faster … I did receive a fast response, at least – but the answer was of course an emphatic no. When so many casinos now pay out in under an hour, you have to wonder how these places think such delays are acceptable. A flush function should be offered at the very least!

Again, whilst this isn’t a bad casino by any means, there are certainly better ones out there that I would recommend much more strongly… even within this group I prefer Casiplay casino – the name is just as dumb though! 😊

Color and design and security is not good. Restricted Countries. In order to withdraw any winnings you have to wager the total amount of your deposit and bonus money no fewer than 35 times. As for the free spins, you’ll receive 20 when you make your first deposit, a further 40 on the following day if you make a deposit of at least £20 and the final 40 the day after that so long as you make another deposit of at least £20.
