Now, when I completed my registration I uploaded all the required docs in order to have my account fully verified. On the same day my account was verified so it is indeed pretty fast. Now, when it comes to withdrawal via e wallet as far as I remember all my cashouts through e wallet were done the same day and were never stalled. Also, live chat and the whole support was helpful and friendly to me at all times.

Customer service is awesome. was available at 23:00 on Friday evening in my NATIVE!! language (german) which is uncommon. Response took sometimes 5 minutes because CA had to check my verification documents. (verification took 15 minutes in the end).
Most important part withdrawal time: I did a withdrawal at 23:40 and it was already on the way to my bank account at 00:15. Absolute INSANE withdrawal time + it was basically paid out on the weekend.

I recommend everyone to stay far away from LuckyDino and associated sister casinos. Bad bonus system and permanent huge loses. On several occasions they removed my opportunity to communicate via chat during gambling. They simply removed the chat button from my account. This might be a cruel technique used to let the players lose the opportunity to get help through chat when needed the most, and to facilitate the loosing. By removing the chat button, the player is left alone to continue losing house, car, family. Stay far away from LuckyDino and Jefe casino.

Lucky Dino is another casino where I lost my money. The name of the casino says "lucky", however I was not that lucky because in a matter of 30 that casino took my deposit plus bonus. I signed up a very long time ago and some supposed to receive some no deposit spins, but unfortunately, I could not claim them, not sure what the reasons were, as I cannot seem to recall, but I was pissed at the time.
