I recommend everyone to stay far away from LuckyDino and associated sister casinos. Bad bonus system and permanent huge loses. On several occasions they removed my opportunity to communicate via chat during gambling. They simply removed the chat button from my account. This might be a cruel technique used to let the players lose the opportunity to get help through chat when needed the most, and to facilitate the loosing. By removing the chat button, the player is left alone to continue losing house, car, family. Stay far away from LuckyDino and Jefe casino.

Lucky Dino is another casino where I lost my money. The name of the casino says "lucky", however I was not that lucky because in a matter of 30 that casino took my deposit plus bonus. I signed up a very long time ago and some supposed to receive some no deposit spins, but unfortunately, I could not claim them, not sure what the reasons were, as I cannot seem to recall, but I was pissed at the time. This LuckyDino Casino may have been a restricted casino for me before this, but not any longer! So I made my account claimed the free spins and of course I did not won anything from them, but I really liked their website design and their dino logo so I decided to make a deposit. A few months ago LuckyDino Casino was separated from their sister casinos and I see that it makes many changes. At the moment they offer only Netent slots and they will add Microgaming slots in the future and they have more depositing options. I hope they will add more slots in the future and stop this unfair fee for the withdraws.

Prepaid cards works now (at least most of them).
Regarding the fees our own payment provider deals are not optimal at the moment, therefore there is a fee on the withdraw and as you said we still wanted to provide our players an option to make at least the first of the month free. But of course we will review the fees once we get better deals with the payment providers.

2 things were that I didn't like: 1) LuckyDino now is independent. So now they have Netent slots but no Microgaming slots as they used to have.
2) After they independence they also changed the payment processor. So when I withdraw my winnings it took them about 3-4 days to pay me. The blame wasn't on the online casino but on the processor. It was new so... But well..I got paid so no problem! ;)
