Hi , i have a Problem with the Casino luckydino i waiting since 2 weeks for getting fixed error.
I played Electric Diva on 1,60/1,80 bet getting after 3-4 Bad Freespins to max Hit 35 freespins/5x after 2 spins the gamecrash and i cant join it since 2 weeks.. sorry for my bad english i hope u can help me i have screenshot of the bug.

and livesupport still saying they massage Provider of the game and i have to wait... but i dont think they do it..

if u Need more Informations pls tell me :( and try to help me

LuckyDino didn't refund everything from my account

I had a LuckyDino profile under verification, I had a balance of 6128.78 euros and also 212 packages of free spins that were worth around 2000 euros, LuckyDino closed my account until I complete the verification.

When I started the verification process they clearly delayed it, and said that emails don't come through or they didn't get them. After the verification was complete they closed my account instantly again without any reason. I asked them to refund my balance and everything. LuckyDino paid me only the balance of my account but did not let me play the free spins or refund them. I didn't break any rules or anything for reasoning the account closure. I tried to ask them why they closed it and I didn't get any answer for them. I don't care about the account but I want a refund for the free spins.

Not honoring a bonus as advertised

Hi I was looking to join an honest reliable online casino. I looked on ask gamblers site for a casino with high ratings and found lucky dino. The site looked great and had many of my favorite games . So I opened an account and deposited a few times . On the 25th July I received an email via lucky dino offering a 400% bonus if I deposited 10 euro . I don't really take bonuses because of the wagering requirments. However I thought 400% was too good to turn down so I deposited 35 euro. I didn't receive any bonus so I contacted the live chat . I spoke to a support agent and asked where my bonus was. He said he was sorry but the promotion ended because of incorrect wagering terms. He said I will receive an email stating same in a short while . I never received any email and when I checked the website the offer was still there . Also my friend received the same offer by email an hour after I spoke to the support agent. I asked the agent to close my account after learning this . I told him it was very unfair to offer customers this dishonest bonus just to get them to deposit their money . Do they not turn over millions every year because of the customers who spend more than they earn and lose even more . I'm sure I am not the only customer that was conned by lucky dino casino. I just want to warn others out there to talk to someone at the casino before they deposit via email offering bonuses.

Lucky Dino Casino voided 4000 EUR slots winnings

On 16 Aug. I opened an account at LuckyDino, from then till now I made multiple transactions between me and casino. I also had my account verified with documents.

On my last game session (19 Sep.) I decided to respond again to the bonus invitation sent as usual by LuckyDino casino management. On that session my account was closed during my game play.
I had a 4000 EUR balance and I think that this is the reason. I see in this a reason because during the month of September I made deposits worth 1600 - 1800 EUR all lost played in the same manner and in this situation no one had anything to say.

After I spoke on the phone with LuckyDino management I was informed that they took the decision because of my game play technique, I played slots with with 5 EUR/line only two lines.

This type of game play is not forbidden in the casino T&C which have the contract value.

I also make the mention that I was forced to play in this way since the casino does not accept bets greater than 10 without increasing the bonus wagering.

What I want is to have my account reopened and access to my funds.
