LuckyDino didn't refund everything from my account

I had a LuckyDino profile under verification, I had a balance of 6128.78 euros and also 212 packages of free spins that were worth around 2000 euros, LuckyDino closed my account until I complete the verification.

When I started the verification process they clearly delayed it, and said that emails don't come through or they didn't get them. After the verification was complete they closed my account instantly again without any reason. I asked them to refund my balance and everything. LuckyDino paid me only the balance of my account but did not let me play the free spins or refund them. I didn't break any rules or anything for reasoning the account closure. I tried to ask them why they closed it and I didn't get any answer for them. I don't care about the account but I want a refund for the free spins.

You haven't told me any reason why my account was closed, just this same nonsence. I was playing according your rules. I dont care about my account opening just the refund of the freespins that were on my profile. You should be responsible doing that since i did not break any rules. I was not able to play the freespins and withdraw em since you closed my profile straight after the verification process. Thank you.
