Missing payout

Hi I have made 2 withdrawals on july 9. 1500 + 700 euros, together 2200 euros. I got two emails with "withdrawal succesfull" the same day. It has now been more than 6 weeks with many many emails, they sometimes answer that they will find out, or check with financial department, ask account etc, and now they haven't answered for more than a week. Extremely slow on withdrawal, 'lost' my bank wire eventually

Have visited this site lots of times but i never thought that i would have to write a complaint myself. But my (ongoing) experience with this casino made it impossible not to, unfortunately. On the 21st of oct. after a couple of deposits i was lucky enough to win about 2000euro (after wagering through the bonus requirements) and requested a withdrawal. After a loooong time they wanted my docs (which were approved)...and finally after a month i got a mail saying the transaction was carried out and would take 3-5 working days and i even got a reciept. But now..12th of january i still havent gotten the winnings! The reason for this..is allegedly due to the fact that they used a company called transferwire who "lost" the money somehow. My bank have no records of the transaction at all which is truly weird.. especially since..all bank account details/codes are correct.. However..it shouldnt be my problem that they failed to send the money..right?? Think ive waited enough Jesus!:( This must be the slowest casino in the history of online casinos..If you send a mail and get a repy within a week..you are lucky!.....If anyone here can help me, id be very grateful. No live chat or phone support. The customer service lacks professional experience. They don't know how to resolve issues. There is not a loyalty program. They don't show much interest in the player. The games can take a while to load.
