Player's initial claim was referring to a delayed payment which we believe has been already successfully resolved and player confirmed that in his post from April 12th at 12:02pm. Player then made another claim referring a sports betting bonus which AskGamblers Complaints Team is about to reject as we do currently handle only casino related disputes.

The complaint is now officially closed.

Hi I have made 2 withdrawals on july 9. 1500 + 700 euros, together 2200 euros. I got two emails with "withdrawal succesfull" the same day. It has now been more than 6 weeks with many many emails, they sometimes answer that they will find out, or check with financial department, ask account etc, and now they haven't answered for more than a week. They have confirmed that they have my documents. But, I Don't get my payout. What can I do. Can You help me solve this? Regards Sanne

Extremely slow on withdrawal, 'lost' my bank wire eventually

Have visited this site lots of times but i never thought that i would have to write a complaint myself. But my (ongoing) experience with this casino made it impossible not to, unfortunately. On the 21st of oct. after a couple of deposits i was lucky enough to win about 2000euro (after wagering through the bonus requirements) and requested a withdrawal. After a loooong time they wanted my docs (which were approved)...and finally after a month i got a mail saying the transaction was carried out and would take 3-5 working days and i even got a reciept. But now..12th of january i still havent gotten the winnings! The reason for this..is allegedly due to the fact that they used a company called transferwire who "lost" the money somehow. My bank have no records of the transaction at all which is truly weird.. especially since..all bank account details/codes are correct.. However..it shouldnt be my problem that they failed to send the money..right?? Think ive waited enough Jesus!:( This must be the slowest casino in the history of online casinos..If you send a mail and get a repy within a week..you are lucky!.....If anyone here can help me, id be very grateful. Account frozen, support not answering why after more than 2 weeks

I opened account 2 weeks ago Used 100% promotion by depositing 150 euros with neteller.After playing couple of hours I wan more than 1000 euros and was wagering bonus,but suddenly my account was locked.They wrote me an email informing me that my account is under investigation. Now is more than 2 weeks they are not answering my emails and simply ignoring me.
