Find wealth among some strange green creatures in Greedy Goblins, a 3D video slot from Betsoft. With several special features, sticky wilds, and an impressive Greedy Jackpot, Greedy Goblins gives you several ways to win big. Try your luck right here on this page for free, or go to any of the Betsoft casinos listed below to play for real money.
Start the game by choosing how much you want to wager. The “Choose Coin” panel on the bottom-left allows you to set your base coin size. If you do not want to play all 30 paylines, use the “Paylines” panel. You can add more coins to each active line with the “Bet Per Line” panel. Hit “Spin” to begin, or use “Max Bet Spin” to play with 5 coins per line and 30 lines activated. You can also use “Auto Play” if you do not want to manually spin each time.
The base game pays left-to-right along any of the active paylines. If you get 2 or more Coins in any position goblins will come out to take them. They will then disappear and more symbols will fall in from the top, giving you a second chance to win. The Sticky Wild symbol triggers up to 3 respins with the wild held in place. To win the game’s jackpot, get 5 Elves along any of the paylines on max bet.
Greedy Goblins has two bonus rounds. The first is a simple free spins round that is triggered with 3 or more Elfania Signs scattered anywhere on the reels. During free spins, some icons can have multipliers of up to 10x. To trigger the main bonus round, get 2 Books of Secrets along any of the active paylines. This will give you the chance to win massive amounts of instant cash if you choose the right paths.

The very first time I played this 30-paylines BetSoft game was probably about 3 or 4 years ago, but I didn't like it much at that time, so I didn't give it another chance ever since. Then last year, Casino Room's Manager gave me 100 free spins on this game, for being at the top most level planet in the casino's rankings, and that was my second play on the game. From that 100 free spins, I won a very nice $70+, can't remember exactly how much, and I carried on playing the game from thereon, but finally losing all of it. Well, the game played good with free spins, but turned cold when I played with real money. Not surprising really, that's how most games play anyway.
Recently I gave it another go, with credits gained from another game, and only came to realise how good the paytable of this Greedy Goblins game really is! This is something that didn't catch my attention at that time, but not nowadays, because I've become so much more particular about such things, hehehe. The Hut is the Wild symbol in the game, appearing only on reels 2 and 4. It doesn't pay anything for itself, it doesn't double any wins with it, but expands into a full Wild Reel in winning combinations, randomly awarding 1 up to 3 Respins. Getting both Wild Reels would award up to 6 Respins. This WIld symbol also substitutes for other symbols except for the Scatter and Bonus symbols.
The 'Elfania' Signboard is the Scatter symbol, paying 1500 credits for getting 5 of them, and getting 3, 4 or 5 of these Scatters trigger 10, 15 or 25 free spins that can be retriggered. During the free spins, certain symbols carry 2x up to 10x multipliers, and in combination with the 2 Wild Reels, good big wins are indeed possible. Very nice! The Book is the Bonus symbol, appearing on reels 2 and 4 only, and getting both symbols trigger a Bonus round. Collect items in the room to win prizes, but getting a 'collect' icon ends the game. The Gold Coin is a Drop symbol, paying up to 750 credits for getting 5 of them, and every 3 or more Coins appearing on the reels would activate the 'Drop Down' feature. The Coins would be taken away by the Goblins and new symbols would drop down to replace them, for new wins whenever possible. As for the symbols in the game, the Elf pays a marvellous 12,500 credits, the Goblin pays 1200, the Door pays 240, the Crown pays 240 too, and the others pay from 150 to 75 credits, all for getting 5 of each kind. Getting 5 Elfs on any payline with maximum bet wins the Jackpot Prize! An excellent paytable -the only one I've come across so far from any BetSoft games!
The only thing that I don't quite like, is the frequent low payouts in the base game, which isn't surprising at all, because Greedy Goblins is a high variance game. Nonetheless, wins of above 100x bet aren't that difficult to get, but most of my wins in my recent session were within 5x up to 20x only, with only one win of 86x from the Free Spins game. Well, not too bad for just one session. One of these days, I may try to get one of those big wins for a change, hahaha.
