Missing payout

Hi
I have made 2 withdrawals on july 9. 1500 + 700 euros, together 2200 euros. I got two emails with "withdrawal succesfull" the same day. It has now been more than 6 weeks with many many emails, they sometimes answer that they will find out, or check with financial department, ask account etc, and now they haven't answered for more than a week. They have confirmed that they have my documents. But, I Don't get my payout. What can I do. Can You help me solve this?
