Terrible support ! I asked for a deposit limit in livechat on Thursday They tell me to write a mail so I sent this and also sent the verification mail. Verification mail was accepted on Friday. But deposit limit no reaction livechat offline. The support man Tobias was so rude to me! I asked its 3 days the answer was and? They say 48!!!! hours minimum. that was his answer. I have screens of the chat if the casino want to say the opposite!

My history with the La Fiesta casino dates a few months back. For some reason I was getting constant spam emails from this casino, although I wasn't a registered member. In my opinion, 45x bonus amount is a decent amount, but this bonus required 45x deposit and bonus wagering which made the bonus totally unappealing to me. So you get a 400% bonus, nice, play for a bit longer. But as soon as you play through your normal balance you will only be able to play 20% of the slots, all B slots, rip off slots from netent that don't pay out.

The live chat is all helpful before your first deposit but as soon as you first deposited and you need help they will no longer reply to you. I would recommend everyone to find for another casino to play on, don't get tempted by this bonus. You will lose all your money quickly and live chat doesn't care.
