Casino doesn't payout

I made a withdrawal for £1636, #6366355314 on 4th July and this has been entirely ignored. The day I made the withdrawal they spoke to me on 'chat' and said to expect to wait a 'maximum' of 10 working days before this was processed. Since then they have ignored every attempt I have made to contact them. The withdrawal remainds pending and I am getting nowhere. They have a sister site, Luck FIesta who I tried to conatct in this regard and they too are also ignoring my requests.

On December 2nd 2019. I deposited 20euro with a bonus of 500%. I played and played on the bonus games. And all of a sudden I won over 6000 euro. And just ignore you further (NOT PROFESSIONAL) The strangest thing is the money is GONE??? And they left me with 20euros on my account?? So where is the rest of the (5882euro..

In Dezember I played in the Casino and did some deposits within 300 EUR and I didnt won. With another deposit from 50 Euro I won. The amount of 875 EUR I did a withdraw at 29.12.2018. Then at the 03.01.2019 they canceled it - the phone verification is missing. I did I new withdraw with 875,- EUR after the phone verification at 03.01.2019. Today at the 10.01.2019 I still have no money. The live chat says that that the office who make withdraws over 500 EUR is 2 week on holdiday. It is faster for me to make only a deposit with 500 EUR. When I sent a copy of my passport, credit card and bank statement it took something like 30 min to verify Them. Then they demanded a handwritten deposit confirmation. I sent my deposit confirmation handwritten and now all of a sudden i havent received an answer since yesterday and when i send in a mail asking about how THE process is going they just ignore me. Please solve this issue for me. My handwritten deposit confirmation was signed yesterday 14:47 to La Fiesta Casino Finance.
