When I sent a copy of my passport, credit card and bank statement it took something like 30 min to verify Them. Then they demanded a handwritten deposit confirmation. I sent my deposit confirmation handwritten and now all of a sudden i havent received an answer since yesterday and when i send in a mail asking about how THE process is going they just ignore me. Please solve this issue for me. My handwritten deposit confirmation was signed yesterday 14:47 to La Fiesta Casino Finance.

Please make sure to update your complaint accordingly and clarify the total amount of the disputed withdrawal request/s.
