According to our records, the player with Username: stevericher70 , Email address: < email removed > didn't have any activity in the account. Last log in record is more than a year ago.

We couldn't find any deposit made by the player or any received bonus, as well as the player didn't make a single bet at the casino.

Having said that, we are confused about this complaint, as the mentioned information eliminates the chance that the player ever had any withdrawal request at our casino.

Also, we can declare with full responsibility that we are not associated with the Luck FIesta in any way.
