Delayed payment for two weeks
On October 21 I signed up at hotstripecasino.com. I deposited 25 euro (using skrill), played, won, and made a withdrawal (also chosing skrill) of about 260 euro. I should mention that I got a bonus of 50 euro, but I never had to play with that money as you always play with real money first (checked with casino support at the time of playing). I still had the bonus 50 euro when I was going to make the withdrawal, and chose to make withdrawal and bonus got lost automatically, This is not a question of whether I played with bonus money or not though, just wanted to mention it. I even deposited a second time after making the withdrawal, but didn´t win any with that deposit. Some days later I started e-mailing and asking when the withdrawal will be fully processed. I got an answer October 26 that just said "Payment has been made". The only thing that had happened though, was that the status of the withdrawal was changed from "pending" to "processing". From that day I have been sending e-mails almost daily, but didn´t get an answer until November 3. This is what they wrote: "This is the first email we have received from you recently Will look into this right away" I sent som more mail after this asking about this, and got an answer November 4: "It just failed. Do you have the right info? I put the money back into your account. Can you double check your info or select another method." I instantly make another withdrawal, but today (Nov 6) the new withdrawal still is "pending". There is absolutely nothing wrong with my skrill-account as they try to make it look like, I even used it to deposit to the casino. All my documents have been approved, I have checked this with their support. They even state that they tried to make the withdrawal but it failed, so there should be absolutely no question about this. I have sent several mails to casino support after this asking for them to try to make the withdrawal again, but as of today, Nov 6, hotstripecasino hasn´t answered any of those e-mails.

Did not pay and closed my account for no reason!
became a member on hotstripes casino. I get 50 free bonus, a bonus which I had not even noticed. I put 20 euros, i get 40 free because I make my first deposit with them. (200% bonus) now i has a total of 110. I start playing, im going into a game called irish gold 2. I have a total of 20 euros now. I play with my 20 euros and wins me up to 146 euros. when I go to the menu, so it is 236 euros total. I kill the bonuses of 50 and 40 and make a withdrawal of 146 euros. I send in pictures of my ID, birth/personal certificate and printed screen on my Skrill account. they answer a few days after this. Stolen deposit, refusing to pay winnings
I've registered my account on 25 September. The same day I've made my first deposit. Then they ask my verification documents with my photo holding ID. I've sent it all. After I have been verified (proof in the attachment) I've requested a withdrawal and I've got my money from Hotstripe (exacly 49,50e, screen above). Everything was ok, as I got from Hotstripe my first payment. Then on 1st October I've made a second deposit (screen in the attachment) I played and I won some money. From the moment I've requested further payments I dont know why but they've started to invent strange stories. Finally, I've got emai from them that I've registered new account under my dads name after they had closed mine. Another lie from them. In the past my father had accoount on Hotstripe Casino. He also sent all needed document with him holding his ID!. Before I've registered my account I asked if I can register an account. They told me there is no problem. One account for one ID. I've also read terms carefully and there was no record that I can't set up an account. They only allow 1 account per person. Please note, they verified my documents, paid the first payment and just I wanted to pau out a large sume theybegan to make problems! They sent me also email that my account was closed in the past. It is also not true. They've closed them on 9th October! Fortunately, I have screens of my account. On 8th October I've normally log into my account (screen in the attachment). Hotstripe is lieing that I set up a second account on my dads name they. They also lieing that I've sent the same photo with holding ID. This is ridiculous. I can prove I've sent my photo with me holding my ID (I can send photo admins of askgamblers) Hotsripe took me not only my winnings but aslo stole my deposit... I am sendind screens from my account and email.

Removed legitimate winnings with no reasons explained
I had signed up and made a deposit at the casino to the value of 50EURO, I was welcomed with a nice sign up offer of 200%, from the site I saw the casino advertised it states that the bonus is cashable after wagering requirements are met which they state its 50x wagering. I was going really well playing for like a good couple hours with my balance going up and down from 1000 to 1500 then my balance got down to around 800-900 (the currency for the casino is EURO) was just about to click banking to request a withdrawal, But then what do I see. My balance drop down to 30 I just thought hold on this is not right where has all my money gone? GOT ME STUMPED. I contact support over numerous occasions and tried explaining to whom I was emailing at the time that I had met all wagering requirements and that they should have not taken my balance and that they are in the wrong and if I have to I will report them. The casino support person did not understand what I was saying or didn't want to anyways and jus kept thinking he was still in the right and that he states the promotion was not cashable well to be honest I didn't really understand what they were trying to say but yeah did not sound right to me at all, I had said to them if my balance does not be returned to my account they leave me no choice to report whats happened, they said go for it we have our lawyer to cover us. I still don't understand in why they took my 800-900 EURO currency and left me with nothing as I have met all wagering required. but they seem to believe I don't get to keep the balance even if wagering is required. I am happy to forward the emails if you would like me too that was all said between the affiliate customer support and myself. I've also submitted an official violation report with another site called Gambling Grumbles/Gambling City they had a few back and forth emails but they stopped replying to Gambling Grumbles and ive also been locked out of my Casino Account now and the Casino has been put up as a negative report on Gambling City/Gambling Grumbles.

Really rude customer service! Rude, doesn't help, only accusing everyone! If you play, do not take any bonuses! As above stated they will decided do they pay all your winnings or not at all, no reasons, T&C doesn't apply to them. So only good advise is do not play here!

This casino is unsure of knowing how to read their own promotion terms and conditions. They seem to think a deposited bonus percentage is a no deposit bonus. I would not recommend this casino at all.

I played the no deposit bonus. He made a deposit and ordered the payment. The payment will be sent within 24 hours. After I made a deposit with a further 1 Skrill. Deposit Bonus is not received. Winning more than $ 550. Order the payment, but for more than 10 days I do not get it. In the history of the payment transaction is in the processing status. They offer 50€ no deposit bonus for new players and to be honest, that is an amazing bonus offer. I didn't know about the wagering requirements, but I still signed up. After I verified my email, bonus money was immediately added to my account and what is good- even though I didn't know the exact rollover requirements, there was a wagering meter which showed the percentage you have wagered. They had live support but they were offline so I just decided to not think much and see how my luck goes.

I had a really nice impression about them and at first I started to play 300 Shields slot. I played with minimum bets for 100 spins and my balance dropped for 10€, I had 2 scatters multiple times but nothing more than 4 x bet winnings. After that I went to play Immortal Romance. I played with 0.60€ bets and played about 100 spins, I had really small winnings, 2 scatters and once 5 of a kind. When my balance reached 24€, I switched to Dr. Watts Up. I really like this game, on the first spin I got bonus round and since I was playing with 60 cent bets, I won 12€. I got 2 other bonus rounds but with lower winnings.

My balance went up and down but when it reached 16€ I finally went to Break Da Bank again slot. I played with 27 cent bets and nothing happened. The game was in a dead mode and I couldn't get higher than 0.06€ win. When I had only few euros left, I finally triggered free spins round. I even got about 5 extra spins but it was the most frustrating free spins round I've had in a long time- I won 0€. An absolute 0 from around 20 spins! Then I lowered bets to minimum and played until my balance was completely gone. I had managed to clear about 6% of wagering.

Overall I had a fun time at Hotstripe casino and I think they are decent. I would like to see bigger game selection. I really liked their welcome deposit bonus and I took it as well, but had no luck and lost. But great job with the no deposit bonus offer, it is a great way to introduce themselves to new players.

I joined Hotstripe casino today. This casino offers a Mirogaming, Betsoft, Amaya and NextGen Gaming games. Besides to casino, they also offer Sportbook and Live Casino. Also soon on offer will be a Bingo game.

The reason why I joined this casino is that here at AG I found that this casino has fast cash-outs process and interesting welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit. But when I visited their site I found that Hotstripe has one more welcome bonus in the offer. It is a bonus of 50 euros without deposit. Of course free chips are the best way to try out a casino.

Their website looks nice and the navigation is easy but I think some information is missing. Let's say I failed to find any information about their welcome offer. I did not know whether the bonuses are cashable, how big are the wagering requirements, in one word, nothing.

Hotstripe does not offer live chat but offers something similar to that. I clicked on the tab that says "Leave a message". Then I got pop up window and I have sent a message. More than an hour has passed since then and I still have not received any response to my question.

Anyway, I had 50 euros bonus money. I started with Microgaming slot game called Tomb Raider - Secret of the Sword. I started with a bet of 0.3 euros per spin and later I tried it first with a bet of 0.6 and then with a bet of 0.9 euros per spin. After this game I tried on a few more Microgaming games and then I moved on Betsoft games. It took me less than one hour to lose all the money, but for that time I had a good fun and tried some 6-7 Microgaming and Betsoft slot games. For Hotstripe casino I give 6 out of 10 possible stars.

I tried this casino last week, I opened my account here, played few times and so far I am very satisfied with them. I opened account here because of that bonus. No deposit bonus of 50$ is nice offer to try their casino and great thing is that you can play all games with this money. I am big fan of football and sports in general so I was looking for some game in that way and I found few very interesting games.

Virtual football and virtual world cup are games which I like the most. That is something new for me I must admit and I didn’t found that games on any other casino. You have all kind of leagues, fixtures are in every 3 minutes and you make bets. After playing a little I checked does that games count in my wagering requirements and they do.
