Hello MATTFAY44! I looked at what happened to you. The fact is that your money did not reach us if you made a deposit. The finance department has requested a bank statement from you, where this transaction is clearly visible. You have sent a statement where there are no transactions at all for this period. From this screenshot, it is impossible to determine what happened. Please, if you want us to understand the situation, send us a bank statement where you can see the transactions for that day (the day of the deposit).
It's been 14 days since I made a withdrawal, and even though the withdrawal stands as successful I haven't received my winnings yet.
Goodwin excuses themselves with an issue on withdrawal system and I should just be patient, and is unable to set a time frame on this issue.
I receive no info on this issue from casino at all, only when I go in chat or write casino manager I get replies filled with bad excuses.

The money was taken straight from my bank account and I have provided proof to goodwin by bank statement and merchant confirmation. I just get the same old reply every time I message goodwin.
