Missing funds from casino for almost 3 weeks
I've been playing on goodwin for quite a while and never had any troubles with deposits and withdrawals before but this time is very different.
On 29th of April I took a bonus, and as the terms stated i withdrew 200$. A few days went by processing my withdrawal but it finally got the successful stamp in my transaction history.. but the money never showed up. I've written several chat supports and been in touch with casino manager which excuses themselves with a technical issue on withdrawal system, and is unable to set a time frame on this issue. I even offered to make an account on several of their other payment options but nothing apparently works.
As of yesterday the casino manager stopped replying on my emails that's why I'm making a complaint here.
