Staling with my payouts


I hawe been playing at goodwin casino without wining/whitdrawing for a long time, on tuesday i made again an deposit whitout bonus and totaly i manage to get my balance to 5400 euro and after a few atempt i gat my account verified on friday, i had to give them proof of 2 visa cards and my Skrill Account..i also added a dockument with my bank account proof with IBAN etc.
After accepted verification i made a whitdrawel of 900 euro thru my Visa card and i gat that saturday, wery fast and good
I then hawe 4500 euro ledt on my account and i then made 2 another whitdrawels on 900 euro each, this morning i gat a mail saying the payment was declined bye payment system and they ask me for my card information to trye to do the transfer manualy
I told them that i wouldent like to send that in a mail and offered them to send it to me by bank transfer or Skrill, witch they adverise they have on their site,2-3 houers whitout a feedback went so i also sent them my card information
I sent back to them that i realy woldent like to send that in a mail
I hope their intention is still to pay me but if the speed of this communication will go forward with 1 mail every 24 hoer this will take weeks since my intention is to get out 5 times the 900 euro i have there ,becase of Norwegen tax rules
Ask gamblers have helped me with success in many other cases i have had in the past so once again i turn to them to get my money

So a litle feedback to readers and the casino :-)

Your support team is very good, but your finance team could be a bit beter to give feedback.. then this complain woulf have been avided
Your site also says that you have skrill/Neteller etc. but that is not availeble as a deposit/whitdrawel option for me for some reason and if it was it would never had been any problems with the Norwegen bank system as i would have used Skrill

In the end i would say that this is a great site that i can recomend (also for Norwegens if you get Skrill/Neteller up) and i should have been a bit more patient before i uploaded this complaint so i would sy sorry to goodwin for that

Also TY to Askgamblers for having a great site and leting me post a complaint again

This complaint is solved to my satisfaction but if its ok for you it can stand open for a couple of days if goodwin wants the last saying on my comments but thats up to you :-)

Ty for your reply.. it seems a bit strange that it should be a problem nov... first time when my whitdraw was canceled it stood discarded... this time it only stand as "new" and that mens that its not processed yet..?

Anyway you alowe Norwegen players so this will not be a problem only for me but all Norwegen players if you dont have a sutible whitdraw option for us... skrill for whitdrawel would have been an option but that seems to not be availeble..?

Anyway i gat one more whitdrawel done 20 minits after my last post so ty for that but i would have expected that you had did both of them then at the sme time since none was made yesterday ?

As you can see, the withdrawal time can be up to 24 hours, in some cases the payout can actually reach this value, but usually the funds are withdrawn much faster.

In your case, there are problems with the beneficiary's bank - therefore, payments are slightly delayed.

As far as I know, the funds will be paid to you in the near future and the issue will be resolved. Please be patient and understand that in this case not everything depends on us.
