I hawe been playing at goodwin casino without wining/whitdrawing for a long time, on tuesday i made again an deposit whitout bonus and totaly i manage to get my balance to 5400 euro and after a few atempt i gat my account verified on friday, i had to give them proof of 2 visa cards and my Skrill Account..i also added a dockument with my bank account proof with IBAN etc.
After accepted verification i made a whitdrawel of 900 euro thru my Visa card and i gat that saturday, wery fast and good
I then hawe 4500 euro ledt on my account and i then made 2 another whitdrawels on 900 euro each, this morning i gat a mail saying the payment was declined bye payment system and they ask me for my card information to trye to do the transfer manualy
I told them that i wouldent like to send that in a mail and offered them to send it to me by bank transfer or Skrill, witch they adverise they have on their site,2-3 houers whitout a feedback went so i also sent them my card information
I sent back to them that i realy woldent like to send that in a mail
I hope their intention is still to pay me but if the speed of this communication will go forward with 1 mail every 24 hoer this will take weeks since my intention is to get out 5 times the 900 euro i have there ,becase of Norwegen tax rules
Ask gamblers have helped me with success in many other cases i have had in the past so once again i turn to them to get my money

A couple of hour later that evening i did get my last 900 euro so for that
So a litle feedback to readers and the casino :-)

Your support team is very good, but your finance team could be a bit beter to give feedback.. then this complain woulf have been avided
Your site also says that you have skrill/Neteller etc. but that is not availeble as a deposit/whitdrawel option for me for some reason and if it was it would never had been any problems with the Norwegen bank system as i would have used Skrill

In the end i would say that this is a great site that i can recomend (also for Norwegens if you get Skrill/Neteller up) and i should have been a bit more patient before i uploaded this complaint so i would sy sorry to goodwin for that

Also TY to Askgamblers for having a great site and leting me post a complaint again

This complaint is solved to my satisfaction but if its ok for you it can stand open for a couple of days if goodwin wants the last saying on my comments but thats up to you :-)

Ty for your reply.. it seems a bit strange that it should be a problem nov... first time when my whitdraw was canceled it stood discarded... this time it only stand as "new" and that mens that its not processed yet..?

Anyway you alowe Norwegen players so this will not be a problem only for me but all Norwegen players if you dont have a sutible whitdraw option for us... skrill for whitdrawel would have been an option but that seems to not be availeble..?

Anyway i gat one more whitdrawel done 20 minits after my last post so ty for that but i would have expected that you had did both of them then at the sme time since none was made yesterday ?

As you can see, the withdrawal time can be up to 24 hours, in some cases the payout can actually reach this value, but usually the funds are withdrawn much faster.

In your case, there are problems with the beneficiary's bank - therefore, payments are slightly delayed.

As far as I know, the funds will be paid to you in the near future and the issue will be resolved. Please be patient and understand that in this case not everything depends on us.

Non responsive and €520 withdrawal stuck pending

I have a 520 euro crypto withdrawal pending for a week.

The casino is completely unresponsive. The number on their site for calling does not ring, the support box when you send an email says 'unable to send' I have also sent emails but no response. I have joined the telegram they have but it seems to have been inactive since Oct 21? I have uploaded KYC but had no emails back.

I am unsure what else to do in order to get in touch with this casino?

Delayed withdrawal of 200 eur and unresponsive support

I have deposited 20€, and managed to win 200€.
After that I was trying to withdraw, without success. Contacted them on Telegram, as live chat is not connecting you to human.
They are not really able to say anything there.
He said I’ll get my funds within 24 hours (it was already 20 hours after my withdraw request when I contacted them again).
It did not happen, now after 48 hours I have tried to contact the person on Telegram again, but he does not seem to have any information.
So left without contact, and payout is still ‘’under review’’

Delayed withdrawal of 200 EUR

Hello,
I made a deposit to this casino after receiving an email offering some free spins for a deposit. As I used to play at this casino in the past, I was not suspicious that something might go wrong. I managed to win 200 EUR and tried to withdraw 10 EUR just to check if they withdrew as quickly as they used to in the past. Unfortunately, the withdrawal was cancelled a few days later with a weird reason. I deposited using LTC and wanted to withdraw to my LTC wallet as well but I can see information that it was cancelled because the minimum withdrawal is 0.001 BTC. As there is nobody ever available on their chat and nobody has answered my emails for a week now I managed to contact someone from this casino on their Telegram and was assured that I would get my withdrawal of 200 EUR within 24 hours which has never happened. This person stopped responding to my messages as well. He assured me that he passed on the withdrawal request to their financial department though. I have recently requested a withdrawal of 200 EUR in their cashier and even made another deposit to show my good will. I am afraid that I got scammed. Could you help me, please?

Missing funds from casino for almost 3 weeks

I've been playing on goodwin for quite a while and never had any troubles with deposits and withdrawals before but this time is very different.

On 29th of April I took a bonus, and as the terms stated i withdrew 200$. A few days went by processing my withdrawal but it finally got the successful stamp in my transaction history.. but the money never showed up. I've written several chat supports and been in touch with casino manager which excuses themselves with a technical issue on withdrawal system, and is unable to set a time frame on this issue. I even offered to make an account on several of their other payment options but nothing apparently works.

As of yesterday the casino manager stopped replying on my emails that's why I'm making a complaint here.

Deliberately misleading players and accepting players from restricted countries

Goodwin is a casino where I have spent 110 euros. As a Dutch person it was possible to create an account here, but later I found out that this should not have been possible. This is stated in their terms and conditions and those of their licensor.

So i would like to ask the casino to follow the terms and give me back my deposited money. And in the future block Dutch players from their website.

Paid only part of my winnings

Hi it was over a year ago. I left a complaint in one forum but the representative did not answer it. Here I am writing the truth here through a translator so sorry if something went wrong google. Closed my account and not returning my winnings or deposits

I was playing in GoodWin casino for a few weeks, i made a lot of deposits during this time. One day i encountered a problem that i can't deposit money to my account and i created another account just to check if the problem persists. After that it turned out that there was a bank issue, i also contacted GoodWin team about that question and they answered that bank rejected a transaction. After few days in a weekend i tryed to deposit money to my account again and everything seemed fine, i made a lot of deposits and won some money. After that i tryed to withdraw that money and they asked for my passport copy and a selfie with a passport. I did that, and after that they disabled my account and they don't want to return my winnings or my deposits. When i was making a lot of deposits there was no problems at all, i was chatting with them about that deposit problem and etc. I also asked them to remove my duplicate account with which i not made any deposits and not playing any games or bonuses. But they left this account and disabled my account in which i won some money and made a lot of deposits. Please return my money.
