Delayed withdrawal of 200 eur and unresponsive support

I have deposited 20€, and managed to win 200€.
After that I was trying to withdraw, without success. Contacted them on Telegram, as live chat is not connecting you to human.
They are not really able to say anything there.
He said I’ll get my funds within 24 hours (it was already 20 hours after my withdraw request when I contacted them again).
It did not happen, now after 48 hours I have tried to contact the person on Telegram again, but he does not seem to have any information.
So left without contact, and payout is still ‘’under review’’

I have been contacted by the casino via Telegram after publishing the complaint.
They’ve informed me about difficulties with the payout method, so I have sent them my LTC wallet address.
Now waiting for the payout. I will update the case once I receive the funds.
