Created an account but never deposited, because didn’t like the T&C.
I like the layout of the site, it’s smooth and appears to be mobile friendly.
They have my favorite NetEnt games.

In their T&C, it says that when depositing & playing, without any bonuses, but only with your own raw cash, your deposit must be wagered at least x3 (!), before you can make a normal withdrawal. For me, that’s intolerable. Turning your own money around x1 proves already that you deposited it with an intention to play and not for laundering money etc. 🙄

The reason I came here to give negative feedback and just 1 star, Is that I stated to them I want to close my account because of gambling issues and that I want to be excluded indefinitely.
First I told this to the chat person, who couldn’t do it, but gave me an email address instead where to send the request. Okay, I sent it there. This happened like 2 days ago. Still my account is open. And still I keep receiving emails from them with all kind of lucrative offers & invitations. No responsible casino would ever do this to any of their clients, no matter if they deposited previously or not.
So just please close my account now!

Nice selection of slots, pretty good first deposit bonus on 200%. Even on deposit 2-5 you get 50 % and some free spins also. Pretty fast responding in chat when they are there.

Well, I have lost 350 euro there and never really had a good win. So after I lost 300 euro I told them I wanted to close my account. They wouldn't let me do it through chat and told me to email. I did and the response took a long time, only to be asked why I want to close my account.

I told them I lost too much so close it please. No response back. I went in chat tonight to ask them why it's not closed yet. She told me I have to wait. So that made me lose another 50 euro. These 50 euro I now want back.

The way they deal with closing accounts is extremely bad, and we should question if they really should have their license with MGA?

Decent number of providers. Pretty easy to deposit and also possible to deposit with crypto currency. They claim to have easy withdrawals however I never got so far.

Deposited towards an activated 200% bonus, however, never received the bonus. Played through a table games sessions instead.

I then saw that the 200% bonus was still possible to choose, which I did once more - and deposited yet another time and same thing happened - did not receive the bonus.

Contacted support but they only offered a 50% bonus instead, which was not interesting. They claimed that I had to ask for the bonus to be activated after deposit and since I deposited twice the first 200% was forfeited (even though it was still pickable during deposit). I asked for a refund on my second deposit but they said that I need to pay 20% in withdrawal fee.

I've never been treated this bad in any casinos and I think I've played at least 50 different casinos.

Please avoid this casino.

Nice welcome bonus, good variety of games. Nothing else from the good part to say, so I am just filling this field to show what I really disliked here.

Wow, don't know where to start!

1. Won the bonus round, and when it has finished, all the winning were vanished! Contacted support -- rude, unhelpful. Worst support I've ever seen. Agent called herself a "manager".

2. Worst wagering rules I've ever seen! A huge number of games doesn't count into your wagering.

3. When you take a bonus, all your balance becomes a bonus balance, and if you do not finish wagering within 7 days -- balance becomes zero.

4. Super not user friendly website.

5. Pretending to have 9.4 on Ask, though they have 8.4 (which is too much for them too).

6. No security at all (e.g. you stay logged in on every device, even if you log in on another device or stay offline for days).

And so on. Strongly do not recommend.
