It seems like it's a painfully standard casino, but I found advantages that are not often met. Well, according to licenses and various cases, everything is fine here. Unfortunately, there are no audits, but this is a given. The site's design is pleasing to the eye and the functionality is on top. As a player, I value the fact that the number of games is high, but the most important thing is the Catalogs are well-developed here.

It is very difficult to read informative pages because of the awkward font that the web designers have chosen and my eyes just hurt after 5 minutes of reading. I will also add that the casino website was lagging on my mobile device. The support team did not disappoint, but it did not surprise either - it was standard and monotonous.

The layout is easy to use, the game selection is really good, also allows me to try games I haven't played before.

The best part is the VIP managers, they are helpful and seem genuine, however, they seem to have no actual authority

Being from New Zealand the only option for me to withdraw my winnings is Skrill (as Direct to CC is not available in NZ anymore) this wouldn't be a problem, except I have to wait for 24- 48Hrs for my Withdrawl to be processed (which as a VIP is far quicker than the 72hrs for everyone else)

They have also started to KYC multi-choice tests to check me every time I want to withdraw now, and I only withdraw small amounts at a time ($200 - $300).

I like this casino, they have a good amount of slots only don't have Play'n go for people of Holland.
Good layout and the chat is also fast and good the people are nice and the want to help.

The withdraw is bad. If you from Holland you only can choose instant pay with brite. But still have problem with the withdrawal. If I want to make a withdraw, is gets instantly an error message that session is expired. Waiting now almost a week. Still can't make a withdrawal.

The game selection is good the bonuses are good and if you're not like me and constantly chase the jackpot you can actually win some decent money and walk away happy haha. I personally love the boongo games.

The "proper team" are a bit stingy and very reluctant to give our gifts even if you've blown your life savings there haha. The staff members in the chat are generally helpful and kind though.
That said there is a few arrogant jobs worth among them haha

This could be a good casino- plenty go games and easy to use. However, there is no response to chat -it's a bot, take far too long to process withdrawals, and charge a heavy admin fee to withdraw what has rightfully and honestly won!

Take far too long to pay out winnings. Charge a hefty 2.4% charge to withdraw -that's if you ever manage to! They allow you to reverse your winnings which is against UKGC guidelines.

Plenty of games and good bonuses. Nice layout and the live casino has all the good games that you don't always see on other sites.
You get regular bonus offers of varying amounts.

The withdrawal is a total joke not only do you have to pay for it. It also says 1-3 days to be in the bank. Mine is now 4 days and still pending and when you contact the so called live chat its a bot that is useless.
I have withdrawn at a sister site for £5000 and it was in my account the next day. This withdraw is a lot less and I don't know why it takes so long.

They have a variety of games and online chat is quite quick. However, these 2 points alone still do not help this casino. Nobody on online chat can assist me. I'm waiting on a pending withdrawal for 5 days.

I requested a withdrawal last week Thursday, 4 March 2021 around 4am. It says withdrawals are processed 48-72 hours. Sunday, 7 March at around 10am my account was verified. I do understand that accounts need to be verified. What is concerning is that it said online that my account was already verified, but it wasn't. I had to send my bank statement and proof of identification. When sending my bank statement, somehow they did not receive my first email.

I was told that since I was now verified and if I'm waiting on a pending withdrawal, it will be processed as soon as possible. This was Sunday morning.

It is now Tuesday, 9 March 7am and my pending withdrawal still has not been processed. I chatted live a few times, I keep been told the matter has been escalated and that it will be processed as soon as possible, but when will that be? It's been almost 48 hours since my account has been verified. It's also been 5 days, 120 hours, since my withdrawal.

I don't mind waiting 72 hours, as those are the terms and conditions, but it's a bit unfair having to wait this long considering my money is put into their account immediately.

I've also read through their terms and conditions and I know that I have done nothing wrong on my side.

Also, one of their customer service guys had the audacity to ask me whether playing on casinos is my main source of income. What an insult. All because I said that I will not be playing on any of their sites until my withdrawal is processed.

As clients we have no option but to stick to their terms and conditions, otherwise we won't get paid. It would be nice if they could stick to their promises too.

I have threatened that if I do not receive payment by end of day, Tuesday 9 March 2021, I will be reporting them to the National Gambling Board of South Africa. I have screenshots of all my online chats and copies of all the emails I have sent them.

I wish I had seen all their reviews before depositing into their casino.

This is my favourite casino and all the rest of the Genesis group casinos. This casino has a search filter by provider which is a brilliant way to find new games under a players favorite provider. Genesis group has a application for a sports and virtual gambling licence which means betting is on its way to Genesis group instead of just slots and live casino. The speed of the withdraw is at the bottom end of the 1/3 days even by visa, still not as quick as Electraworks and LC group which are only a few hours by visa. The accounts play slots at a high level and payout does happen quite frequently. These casinos offer deposit bonuses via email invite, but once you have an account with all the genesis group casinos only half will offer deposit bonuses via email invite and half of the group will stop sending deposit bonus codes via email inviting. I am very sad that the UKGC licence is suspended, I don't know why 😭 😭 😭 😭 I love these casinos and its restricted to me now.

As with all the Genesis group casinos I don't like the bonus policy, (only bonus funds contribute towards wagering requirements) at Genesis group casinos a player will have to lose all their money before they can win in bonus. For a 50% upto £250 bonus a player would have to loose £500 for example and non of their cash wagers has counted. A player can not win with bonus unless they lose their money first. This will definitely cause confusion to players who come to Genesis group casinos after playing elsewhere where cash wagers does contribute and can be spinning away not realising that their cash wagers are not being counted towards wagering requirements. A quite decent selection of slot games and live casino games on this site. Also a lot of bonus offers given, which makes me want to play there. Site got a decent theme as well.

The withdrawal times are absolutely ridiculous.
48-72 hours to get a withdrawal from pending to processed is absurd and should be prohibited.
Take notes from Unibet, Rizk and Casumo. Over there it's always within a few hours and that is way I proceed to keep playing there.
The site is pretty slow as well.

After winning a huge amount, my withdrawals are still showing as pending.
I hit big on 20th of May and still haven't received any money.
In the beginning I have been told to wait 72 hours what I did, and I contacted customer support again. Didn't get any straight answers from them, apart that I have to wait even longer.

My experience on this casino has been great so far! There is a wide variety of games to choose from, so never a dull moment. There is also the option to set your favorite games which is quite handy.
No issues with withdrawing any winnings. I had to send in some documents for verification, which is quite standard, but I had no delays in getting these checked and my withdrawals paid out. I’ve been kept up to date with e-mail along the process.

The layout of this casino is one of my favorites. It’s really user-friendly, really easy to navigate and I like that the fact that I can see all my favorite games as soon as I log in.
It’s good that you have the option to play most of the games in fun mode first, just so you can get an idea of the game before you start playing.

I’ve also had some nice winnings from this casino, and even though I had to provide additional documents to complete the verification of my account. Once this was done the withdrawals followed shortly after. Never had any issues with delays so far.

The site navigation, slot selection and functionality are all top-notch. I was heavily considering adopting them as my new go-to casino website until I experienced the problems I've lined out below.

I have been waiting on a withdrawal since the start of April. Accounts fully verified and everything seems to be in place, but the customer service and correspondence are both absolutely atrocious. I have waited for replies to my emails for weeks at times, despite being told I'm "Top Priority". They feel like a very dodgy company, I would tread carefully.

I like the variety of games and that is easy to navigate around the site.
I like that the people in chat have been relatively kind and polite. I like that most of the games load quickly.

I dislike that it has been a week since I put in a request to cashout and still nothing. A week and they are dragging their feet on verification of ID and bank statements after having no problem accepting numerous e-transfers from my bank account to them. I finally got an e-mail from verification team saying I needed more bank proof after I have submitted plenty of proof already. I believe they just wanted keep my winnings in there in hopes I will gamble it back over the weekend. This seems to be a recurring theme with them and very bad business for a relatively new casino.

This online casino has not pros to it. They always have glitches on this website and the bonuses are not very great. Only pro about this casino is the variety of games.

They held my credits from me for more than five days. It is still pending to be resolved by genesis casino. They try to blame skrill for missing funds but I contacted skrill and they sent me a reference number and told me that they did deposit funds to casino and that it was genesis casino that had been holding my credits. Would not recommend this website the agents are rude and not helpful at all!!!

I have played a lot of casinos online and heard decent reviews about this fairly new casino!
I immediately signed up hoping to play fairly quickly as many gambler does and there was no quick way to prove you ID even though I sent it through within 15 minutes of signing up!
I am now nearly 36 hours in and still no approval! Poor administration!

I had liked this site so far... I got a good wins. Big wins too. Lots of games to play. I love playing on this site ever since I got here. Small amount withdrawals are not a problem.

I just hate their withdrawal process. They increased their verification days from 48 hours to 72 hours, I was fine with it considering the given conditions in the world. I have been waiting since 6 days and they haven't processed my withdrawal even though I have repeatedly complaint with the customer service. Due to this I haven't got to play too. They are not listening..

Nice selection of games and I did win alot of money the only problem is you have to wait a long time to get paid and verified. Soon as I won a big win that was it. Got plenty of bonuses but they were very small wins.

Don't like the fact you win big money an have to wait hella days for it. I even cancelled a withdrawal because of how long it took totally regretted doing that. I don't like how you can reverse your winnings even after 6 days it should be locked or something.
