I've been using genesiscasino.com account for nearly one year. Recently I won some money in the game. When I tried to withdraw my money back to my bank account genesis casino asked for proof of funds, proof of identity and proof of address.
I've submitted all the documents they asked by mail and their website also.
And again they asked for different documents and I've submitted them too. I've been writing mails and mails to them regarding withdrawal and my account verification.
All of a sudden they closed my account today without giving any reasons

Kindly note that on the 01/12/2022 we have experienced a technical issue which resulted in some player accounts, including your account, registered with Genesis Casino, being erroneously credited with real money.
Clause 17.1 highlights occurrences of how such technical errors may take place, without being limited to the generality of these examples.
After investigating your account, we have concluded that you made use of money credited to your account in error, by wagering/attempting to withdraw and thus, have acted fraudulently and against our Terms and Conditions, specifically clause 12.
Please note that we will be confiscating the amount of INR 13,3300.00 and any winnings you generated from these funds, as a result of such fraudulent activity.
Your account has been blocked as of 07 Dec 2022 and you will no longer have access to it.
