I gambled £75 on the extra chilli slot on genesis casino got the buy feature down to £10 and tried to buy it, feature unavailable screen popped up, i refreshed the game and tried to buy it again same thing happend.
Live chat offered me 50 free spins on starburst at the value of £0.10 thanks genesis.

Genesis casino is part of the Genesis global limited casino group. Under their Umbrella you will find sister sites like Spinit, CasinoJoy etc. They have great licenses like Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling commission and Swedish. So, which means they can cater for slot of players around the world. The website has such a dark feel to it, almost like being in space.

I know normally this group of casinos offered some no deposit bonus like 55 free spins with Casino Cruise and I decided to try my luck unfortunately nothing was there. However, the main reason I signed up was the welcome offer of 100% bonus and 300 free spins, yes that is right 300 free spins on Starbust if I remember correctly. A few days later I decided to claim the bonus to give the site a try.

They have a lot of gaming providers including Netent, Play N Go, Red Tiger Gaming, Next Gen, Quick Spin and a few more, however I am restricted to many of those, as only Quickspin, Netent, Play 'N Go was available upon logging in on the site.

I contacted support to enquire about this, they can at times take their time. I waited on average about 2 minutes before someone responded to me. They said it could be due to license restricting certain providers in certain countries. Live chat has limited hours, I think they are available for 12 – 14 hours during the day.

They have a lot of deposit methods and withdrawal options, basically all e-wallets are available and at the time I could claim the welcome offer using e-wallets, but as of lately, I think it is now restricted.

I did a bit of research of this group and saw a lot of complaints and although I did not have any bad experience with them, I did have with Spinit, where my withdrawal was pending for more than 4 days.

I hate the fact that whenever you ask them something most of the time, its always management needs to approve this, waiting on feedback from management etc. Really frustrating. So far I have mixed feelings and if you unsure I would recommend trying CasinoJoy from this group as they are awesome and withdrawals are under 24 hours.

The only positive I can see from this site is the nice variety of games, and the bonuses are frequently sent to your email. For example, if you don't deposit for a while they'll likely send you a 50-100% match bonus which I wish more casinos offered.

- Absolutely atrocious RTP, deposited twice and am yet to get a bonus on Book of Dead (842 spins). Gameplay feels very unnatural unfortunately, and it's interesting because I had the same experience on SpinIt, which both operate under the same company...

- Bonus funds cannot be used on Jackpot games, but this is a common thing with other casinos.

Unfortunately I really cannot recommend this site, which is a shame as the interface is really nice with all the games you can think of.

Great site with no issues during gameplay. Live support always answer so quickly and are very helpful in giving information and doing their best to speed the process along whether verifying or waiting for withdrawals. Game selection is great and overall design of the site is fantastic.

It’s not a massive dislike but verification could be reduced slightly as it takes quite a while to verify. Withdrawal limits aren’t that great either, however this wouldn’t put me off playing here as the staff and customer support is brilliant.

Surprising I’d not come across Genesis Casino before being it is the main casino of Genesis Global Casino Group! I’d played at Casino Cruise first, then more recently Sloty and VegasHero before coming across this one and Casino Gods in the past couple of months. I did have a little bother back at Casino Cruise but I’ve since learnt the best way to deal with the kinds of issues I’ve had due to sharing an internet connection with all of the other flats in my building.

I believe all of the casinos in this group used to offer large no deposit bonuses but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. There is a bunch of deposit based offers that I took though, as usual, and the wagering requirements are fairer than at many other casinos which is nice.

The game selection here might appear a bit small if you simply look at the list of providers and compare it to the number available at a bunch of other places these days, but in reality your probably going to find a large number of your favourite games on offer here. In fact, whilst it’s not mentioned yet here at AskGAmblers I even found some of my favourite Big Time Gaming slots available here at Genesis including Danger High Voltage, which I wasn’t expecting.

No pending time on withdrawals is almost a must for me, and is certainly something that will stop me going back to most casinos after I’ve finished using up my new player benefits and cleared out any comps I might have earned. Whilst e-wallets are prohibited when claiming a bonus, card withdrawals are as fast anywhere else and I had no trouble getting my account verified either. Live support are particularly fast here, I never found myself sitting around waiting for somebody to answer my query over the few nights I played here.

I always feel like I have to say this about the Genesis casinos, I did have a bit of a rough ride with some of the support staff back at Casino Cruise, and whilst it probably wasn’t entirely their fault I do think they could have handled the issue better. Seeing as it’s basically the same staff operating this casino I feel it is worth mentioning, but wouldn’t say it is a reason not to give this place a try. Overall the site, staff and facilities are just as good as you will find anywhere else online.

Im normally picky when it comes to casinos, but would recommend Genesis to anyone who wants a new / different casino. I know some people have complained about the verification / withdrawal procedures (standard at all casinos now) but I have to say they came good when it came to verifying my account and withdrawing 17.5K (which is now in process - under 24hrs). Live support were fantastic (and quickly available), Bjorn especially.
Unfortunately, they did suspend me from the site (only because I self excluded from a sister site - Casinogods) so they take player responsibility seriously and this can only be a good thing.

Maybe a better / more functional loyalty program i.e. instant comp points, offers besides new players etc.
Daily / Weekly withdrawal limits could be better

That's it for the rest nothing special to this casino it's like all the other casino's

Totally no Vpip.
No loyalty program
No responses to mails
Trying to get your account verified takes way way way more then 72 hours.
Example they might miss a document they won't tell you and after a long time you have to find out true live chat.
Upload and then you expect to wait another 72 hours

Even when you play a couple k a month expect 0 customer service.

Genesis Casino is truly a breath of fresh air. The most important factor about an online casino for me, and no doubt many other people, is the quality of the customer service, and I can assure you that from the moment I joined Genesis Casino to the present day, the customer service has been fantastic. All representatives, whether they be part of the general or VIP team, are welcoming and friendly, very patient with any questions asked, and genuinely nice to talk to. The availability of the Live Chat facility is consistent with no delay, the option to email is also decent as the responses are rapid, and there is an option to call which is always a bonus with an online casino.
It is important I address the fantastic customer service I've received from Jake, a genuinely nice guy who is very interactive and conscientious of making sure my experience is always to a good standard. Other honorable mentions include Lina and Neil who are always a pleasure to talk to and great in solving any general queries I may have.

In regards to the website itself, I can confidently say that it's one of the most well presented online casinos I've encountered. The website interface is easy to navigate, the gaming selections, everything from live casino to slots, are well categorized, and the easily accessible and well layed out account section is genuinely the best I've come across.

The gaming selections offered are good quality with a decent variety. I'm a live casino player, mainly roulette, and their selection is impressive, everything from the Immersive Roulette and American Roulette feature, to unique options like Dragonara and Grand Casino. The variety of slots are decent also, including Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Starburst.

Made registration just to say big thanks to Genesis casino. They have the best support team I have ever seen and I'm not speaking only about casino/gambling industry, but in general. Had really great encounter yesterday which resulted in free spins and bonus. I like the slick design of webpage. Everything is aesthetic and tasteful. RTP feels like is always on my side. The site’s color palette is tastefully done. The use of purples and blues is comforting and calm, unlike other sites that use overly bright colors. I decided to try a few of the site’s slot games because of their inviting home page. I think that the site’s space theme is a welcome additional detail as well.

The slot games I played disconnected a few times. I’m not quite sure if this is because of the site or my own internet connection (is anyone else having the same problem as I am?). That is my primary complaint so far, but I am new to Genesis so I will update again if I encounter more problems.
