It says pending time is a couple of days and my withdrawal is still pending from the 29th the amount is for £1100 then when I chased I was told I need to wait for a letter sent to my address with a code and I then confirm the code. I have read some reviews on here about these letters not turning up so I'm quite concerned. I have been with Dr Vegas a while now and use them a lot with previous withdraws taking a while but never had to wait for a letter. Daniel Jenkins said it was because my withdraws are more than £1500 which is strange as I have withdrawn more than than on previous withdraws. Hopefully they can confirm my letter has been sent out so I can keep track of this.

Joined, particiapted with their so called 100 "Free from wagering" spins and was then accused of being a bonus abuser because I didn't do any wagering. Surely this offer is pure false advertising at the very least?

Absolutely shocking casino, live help is pathetic and my withdrawals take about 12 days to reach my account. This casino needs to be shut down surely it is not legal to hold funds for so long on a verified account think the gambling commission need to investigate.

Please Read........They're processing times up to 5 working days. Which you can still cancel withdrawals (of course) it took me over 3 weeks to get my funds! I provided all my documents. I was emailed saying my account was verified, still waiting then 3 days later tell me a letter has been posted a coded letter to my address to prove my address again, they sent the letter to a wrong address missing parts out. So now I'm told to wait for another letter in which will be posted. Then after few days the letter arrived, so I informed live chat of code my withdraws was still pending! I'm told they will pass the code to payment team. It be tomorrow so I emailed them to make sure. Up to 3 weeks it took. Then on 13.02.2018 I withdraw. They approved to skrills around tea-time on the 20.02.2018. This should go immediately to skrills no sign of it. So I emailed asking why its not gone into skrills. I'm told they will pass to the manager it be looked at tomorrow. It was then put back into my balance and told I have to withdrawal again and will be processed on the 26th or 27th. Its appalling their is no rush to help customers in fact its very stressful when waiting for withdrawals.

Withdraws. Absolutely awful with payouts I waited a month for a cheque and they just kept delaying me and delaying me every time I spoke to an advisor I was promised it would be done the next day. Withdrawal times, Cheque took 10 working days to process when website states 5, therefore they need to update that. Honestly with that waiting times they would expect you to cancel your withdrawals and play.

Used to be one of the best casino sites on the web with instant withdrawal and superb customer service. Sadly, in the past year it has gone from excellent, to quite good, to very bad, and now to completely dire. Your withdrawals are slow and i mean slow this has happened since last year when worldpay had a problem and the excuses were nothing they can do but they are changing the payment service. Then 3 weeks ago it crashed again and it came to light that they were actually with worldpay still so more lies. They have now changed to another service provider and guess what payment went astray again another server problem with new payment gateway. I have been waiting up to now 8 days for my withdrawals to be approved but nope still awaiting then once approved I have to wait further days for monies to hit my bank.

I have had a pending withdrawal for 7 days now live chat told me pending withdrawal time is now 5 working days. Thats the longest pending I have ever heard of I will not play again after my pay out. 7 days later it is still pending then you have to wait for it to go into your bank after its approved, it takes 2 days max to leave my account and go into theres. I been a customer for many years, but of late, just leading up to the worldpay issue, there withdrawal processing time has gone good to bad, its a shame because overall it is a good casino, but this just lets them down. If it was not for this issue they would get 10 star rating.

Live chat keep telling you each time you make a withdrawal, this issue will be resolved soon, this has been going on for months and months. My last withdrawal request for £170 has be pending since the 10th of jan 2017, and still waiting. They should be looking after there loyal customers who stayed loyal to them after the wordpay serious issues instead they repay you like this.
