It says pending time is a couple of days and my withdrawal is still pending from the 29th the amount is for £1100 then when I chased I was told I need to wait for a letter sent to my address with a code and I then confirm the code. I have read some reviews on here about these letters not turning up so I'm quite concerned. I have been with Dr Vegas a while now and use them a lot with previous withdraws taking a while but never had to wait for a letter. Daniel Jenkins said it was because my withdraws are more than £1500 which is strange as I have withdrawn more than than on previous withdraws. Hopefully they can confirm my letter has been sent out so I can keep track of this.

Joined, particiapted with their so called 100 "Free from wagering" spins and was then accused of being a bonus abuser because I didn't do any wagering. Surely this offer is pure false advertising at the very least?

Was also accused of holding multiple accounts in this address...this is obviously a lie they like to make up to try and avoid paying customers what they owe them. When I asked them to name these so called other accounts they didn't...I toild them I will seek legal advise regarding this blatant lie as its defamation of character.

Yes, payouts could be quicker as they can take 12 working days or so. However, be patient as the Casino has never refused to pay out.I have recently completed the anti money laundering verification and hopefully that will bring the waiting time down in the future.

Absolutely shocking casino, live help is pathetic and my withdrawals take about 12 days to reach my account. This casino needs to be shut down surely it is not legal to hold funds for so long on a verified account think the gambling commission need to investigate.

This company has gone downhill, you would think they would listen to customers to improve but it seems not. The pending withdrawals is another way to make money as it sits waiting people will use this up thinking they can win more, intelligent move on the casino but not for the customer, it all seems about getting money in, but never giving out. The current process times are now at 12 days MINIMUM. I have just had this confirmed via email from the company but there is no justification available for these waiting times 😐 Better to avoid this site if you ever want to see your winnings.

Please Read........They're processing times up to 5 working days. Which you can still cancel withdrawals (of course) it took me over 3 weeks to get my funds! I provided all my documents. I was emailed saying my account was verified, still waiting then 3 days later tell me a letter has been posted a coded letter to my address to prove my address again, they sent the letter to a wrong address missing parts out. So now I'm told to wait for another letter in which will be posted. Then after few days the letter arrived, so I informed live chat of code my withdraws was still pending! I'm told they will pass the code to payment team. It be tomorrow so I emailed them to make sure. Up to 3 weeks it took. Then on 13.02.2018 I withdraw. They approved to skrills around tea-time on the 20.02.2018. This should go immediately to skrills no sign of it. So I emailed asking why its not gone into skrills. I'm told they will pass to the manager it be looked at tomorrow. It was then put back into my balance and told I have to withdrawal again and will be processed on the 26th or 27th. Its appalling their is no rush to help customers in fact its very stressful when waiting for withdrawals.

Withdraws. Absolutely awful with payouts I waited a month for a cheque and they just kept delaying me and delaying me every time I spoke to an advisor I was promised it would be done the next day. I hadn't used the site then until start of the month and I am currently on day 9 waiting for this withdraw now to be processed have been advised it would be this morning and now being told no it won't be until next week. Anything positive is completely outweighed by the ridiculously slow payout times. I’ve been a customer since they started and they used to be great. However the minimum time to process a withdrawal over the last year has been 8 days for me. I’m currently waiting for a withdrawal to be processed that I requested on 27th November!
