I did a withdrawal request for on the 29 th of may 2018 at dr vegas casino of £500 and as this day is still pending. Normally i contacted the chat service several times and always get almost the same answer...we not have fixed process times ...next week ...will e mail payment teams ...etc etc ....seems all the times a new excuse for the delays...i also e mail customer care service ...still no replay.
I only play for fan and i not expect to win at all the times....but on the rare occasion i do manage to win ...i will expect to get pay in a reasonable time frame.
ps. This is the first time ever i file a complaint as i normally a very patience and understanding person but this one is taken the biscuit.
