Dr Vegas Casino - Withdrawal taking too long

I did a withdrawal request for on the 29 th of may 2018 at dr vegas casino of £500 and as this day is still pending. Normally i contacted the chat service several times and always get almost the same answer...we not have fixed process times week ...will e mail payment teams ...etc etc ....seems all the times a new excuse for the delays...i also e mail customer care service ...still no replay.

I only play for fan and i not expect to win at all the times....but on the rare occasion i do manage to win ...i will expect to get pay in a reasonable time frame.
ps. This is the first time ever i file a complaint as i normally a very patience and understanding person but this one is taken the biscuit.

Finally i got my winnings.... a thank you for all the team at AskGamblers for the help ....and thank you also to Dr vegas casino for finally tidy up loose ends ...i take this as an experience and surely i will learn from that.
