Withdrawal taking ages to be processed


I requested at £200 withdrawal on 03/06/18. I’ve asked 3 times on live chat when this will be processed and I always get the same answer .... next week. Next week never seems to arrive because when it does they tell me again next week!!
In the time since I’ve requested the withdrawal I’ve signed up, deposited, played, won AND been paid out by 2 other casinos (one paid out within 24 hours!)
What’s taking so long? I didn’t use a bonus and it’s not a massive amount! It’s an absolute joke!
