Withdrawal taking too long
I submitted a withdrawal request on 25/5/18 and it's still pending. I've contacted live chat on numerous occasions and they have said it will be by the end of the week. this was last week. weekend came and gone. still no money. I have emailed customer service to put in a complaint but I haven't received a reply. I've also rang the number on the website and it seems it's a private voicemail? I've played with this casino lots of times before and never had problems like this before.
