It's a been a little bit now and I'm still very upset to why I wasn't allowed to collect the $30,000 I won from the $13 I deposited because of the card I deposited from wasn't mine but yet before I won that money I had previously withdrawn $500 into the acc from that exact card that wasn't mine. But I let the live chat person know etc when asked for this info and they asked me provide identification for myself and for the owner of the card as well as hand written letter to say they allowed me to use the card for that reason to deposit onto the online casino known as conquestador casino and when I submitted all documents that I was asked for, I then waited for a reply which was the following morning and they decided to refund my $13 back to the card that I used and deducted my $30,000 I had won. Not sure where to start honestly. Since I am Norwegian, I can not use regular bank transfer for deposits or withdrawals. So I have to use e-wallets. Deposited with Mifinity, in good faith that I'd also be able to withdraw there. That was not the case. Mifinity was only an option for deposits, not withdrawals. So I was told on e-mail that I had to use bank transfer, and I explained to them that I am not able to do that. Then they told me to do a minimum deposit with the e-wallet JETON, so I could withdraw there. Turns out that was not possible either. And the the same story with skrill afterwards.
