I hereby submit a formal dispute concerning the amount of €3,948 held by the operator.

I completed the operator’s KYC verification requirements in full. The initial documentation was submitted on March 5, 2026, and all subsequent requests have been satisfied without delay. Despite full compliance, I am still unable to submit a withdrawal request, and my funds remain unjustifiably restricted.

The operator’s failure to process my withdrawal constitutes a breach of its contractual obligations and applicable regulatory requirements regarding timely payouts and fair treatment of customers.

I hereby demand the immediate release and payment of the full balance of €3,948 without further delay.
