Casino unable to withdraw to card and refusing a manual bank transfer
Hello, I have been trying to withdraw over 400 since the 25th.
I originally deposited with neosurf and won my. winnings.
I then was told there is no bank transfer option available to me.
I was then told to deposit again with a visa and spend the deposit and request the withdrawal. I did that on the 25th and for two days I was told it was bouncing back.
I then.was told to deposit with Ecopayz, so I created an ecoPayz account.and deposited onto it, then when I tried to deposit anywhere with ecoPayz it declines,
I have been told for days the exact same thing, that the payment team is trying to find out why it is bouncing back. My bank doesn't decline a transfer and never has.
I am constantly told I cannot get a Manual transfer to my bank, even though I can easily give my IBAN to the team, which is verified on my bank statement, and have it solved. I really hope this can be done because they have been spending more money with no withdrawal.
I have transcripts from each time, every day the date of request of my withdrawal is changed by the casino. I set it at the 25th and every day since it changes to the next day. and over 96hrs is going too far for a casino that does transfers a lot faster.
