Blocked my account and refused to pay
Deposit was made July 4th. It was €50 and I won €200 with it. €150 got withdrawn and remaining €50 got gambled. Next morning there was email from the superlines casino stating that withdrawal was declined because of KYC reasons. I went to casino to seek answers how to prove my identity. There was balance €150 and suddenly balance dropped to €100. At the same time I opened the withdrawal-page which indicated that someone but me had made withdrawal €50. I tried to stop it because I wanted the €150 full. It would not help. Suddenly balance was €0. I opened chat immediately and asked for help since I did not play any games or made any bets during this odd situation which took only for minute top. During that conversation my account got blocked. Chat person told me to contact [email protected]. Soon after that or during that conversation there was sudden "approved withdrawal" email which never arrived.

I contacted casino superlines support two times and there was no answer (and I am still waiting). First was sent July 5th so there was plenty of time to investigate and answer. Two times chat was contacted and first time did not help at all. Today (July 28th) this ridiculous case went forward a little bit since I contacted chat again and demanded justice.

Reason for blocking was a self-exclusion from another casino of their group I guess. Maybe for gambling problem referred self-exclusion.

Problem here is that casino actually solved my gambling problem related, self asked block to another casino too late and stopped my playing until when I actually won something and wanted my money withdrawn. There is no way they would've refunded me my deposit €50 if I lost and then contacted. If their system would worked like it should, there would not be a problem at all.

But they took my €150 and kept it. I won it fair. I did not know about the block of some other casino. I would not have deposited at all if I knew!

They are willing to pay my deposit back when I send my documents to them but I don't think it is fair.

I want the casino to step up and fix their site that no-one like me could enter and get treaten like I have been treaten. Also I want all my money which were won playing fair.

Dear AskGamblers complaint team, this is the same case which got rejected two times. Third complaint of the same case is opened only because Your lovely support team at email told me to open a new one now that I have proof that there was nothing wrong going on my side of table.

Unfair refusal of payment

My name is Celine < surname removed >. I had an account on SUPERLINES casino (but it's closed now so I don't have access to it anymore).

I'm writing to you to complain about Superlines casino cause I have the feeling they ripped me off and I really need your help to sort it out as despite my mails they keep saying they won't pay me but I think this is not fair at all.

To summarize my situation I won 2500 euros at Superlines around the 27th or 28 of April. I made a withdrawal and they sent me the list of required documents the 29th of April. I sent everything and received a mail from there financial service the 2nd of may saying that they validated the documents. So normally I should received my 2500 euros.

But suddenly as I had no news I sent a mail to Superlines and they answered that they won't give me the money !

Their explanation is that I ask to close my account for addiction on LA FIESTA casino (fyi it has been done the 4th of January !!) and as Superlines and la fiesta casino belong to the same group so they also close my Superlines account.

But of course 4 months later just at the moment I have a nice withdraw !

They put 206 euros on my account to "compensate" the situation. I didn't ask for it and at that time I didn't understand what it was.

1. you have to check all the details of the web site to discover that la fiesta and Superlines are under the same group. I didn't know it before they told me.

2. it's written on the rules that even if one of your account is closed for addiction YOU have to ask by yourself to close the other account : but they did it without me knowing and I didn't ask to close my Superlines account !

3. NORDICASINO is also part of the same group but I'm still able to play on it : well I guess it's normal as I'm losing !

Someone from Nordicasino (not even Superlines) answer me back by phone (they never answer by mail so I don't have any written evidence except the first mails I put enclosed. They are in French but basically one is saying that they received all the needed documents and they have been validated and the other one is saying that la fiesta and Superlines are belonging to the same group) and told me that Nordicasino was of the same group but Superlines and la fiesta yes. He said that they won't pay me because I asked to close my account on la Fiesta casino in January. So basically when I was putting money on there website it was not a problem for them to accept it but when it came the time for them to give me some money they closed my account on Superlines !!! He said the game commission took that decision and they can't change it !!! He was talking and talking and said that I will lose my time if I keep asking cause they won't change their final decision. I think he was just trying to make me stop my complain. But I don't want to so that's why I'm calling for your help as I'm sure you are able to deal with this situation more than me.

So meanwhile I've been checking and LA FIESTA, SUPERLINES and NORDICASINO are all owned by EQUINOX DYNAMIC N.V group.

So all this doesn't make sense.

I hope you can help me. We are talking about a lot of money for me and I think Superlines is stealing it from me. I'm counting on you.

OMG, I've finally found WHN. I've been looking through dozens of websites but I didn't see it or it was in a poor quality or stopped after a couple of minutes and asked to pay to continue. The good thing is when you register they give you 400% bonus. I made a deposit $50 and they doubled it so I had more time to play WHN. The best game ever if you like sport.

I made an withdrawal on 26-10. On monday 30-10 all my documents are approved. The withdrawal policy said it will take 5 business days to come to my bank. Yesterday 5-11 I received an email that the financial department approved my withdrawal but it will take another 5 business days to process. This is not normal.

The worst casino ever, I had to reload Microgaming games 20 times before I could even place my bet, when I contacted Customer Support it took 5 minutes to respond even when they are claiming 30 sec on their website.
Customer Support agent was not listening to anything I say and keep saying to me irrelevant to my question things, she couldn't explain why I am getting error 0 on Microgaming games and advised to clean cache and cookies. She did not even review screen shots I have sent. Do not deposit, waste of money.

Well i have to as i found "Superlines Casino" i was a bit skeptical because of the Curacao License and the bonus rules. But the 400% first dep bonus was too attractive to say no. Well i tried it. But first i verificated my account with all needed documents.

I deposited 25 Euro and got 100 Euro Bonus. Needed to wager x30.

I got an awesome run and had 866 Euro on my balance as i finished the wagering. The only problem was: The Bonus rules say that you just can withdraw Deposit x20. Means in my case: max 500 Euro. It hurts a bit that i had such an amazing run and cant withdraw the rest. But i knew that and its okay. 500 Euro is a fantastic win too.

I requested the withdraw of 500 Euro to my bank. Everything seems to be nice now. Hope that everything work and that i get my win soon.

Good too: The Livechat. Very friendly and funny guys there sometimes. :D And they are really 24h online. You can text them everytime you want and you get quite fast responds.

Summary: Im impressed in a very positive way. Not just because my win everything else worked fine for me too there.

I just registered on Askgamblers to write this review for that Casino. Was the friendlist i found out there till now.

The only thing which could be better is the withdraw time. They say they need up to 5 working days to withdraw winnings to my bank. Well maybe it will be a bit faster. Hope so.

I requested a withdrawal and send through documents 2 days later. Now the thing I hate is the fact they do not want to verify your account beforehand. You can only start the process of verifying when they request your document. Which adds another 2 days to the existing 5 days withdrawal process. My withdrawal was processed in 5 days including verification and I received my 50 euros. With those 50 euros, I decided to take their welcome offer to see if I can win more.

On Gametech group casinos, they have max cash out of x10 your deposit bonus but with Casino Superlines the max cash out is x20.

Overall, I had a good time at this casino and will definitely be making my deposit again in future. Hope the withdrawals will take quicker since verification is out of the way.

So I don't recommend anyone play this site if you are hurry to get your withdrawal. When I did withdraw pending time is 5 days and then I got email after 4 days that your withrawal has in process, I was like ya its coming soon, but after 4 days I got email again and its says your withdrawal has been accept and its gonna take another 5 days to come your bank..

Casino Superlines is a place I discovered about two weeks ago.. I noticed them being added on askgambers and that immediately got me interested in them. I saw that they were a sister site to OrientXpress casino where I had good experience so I decided to join them as well. After a little digging I found out a bonus code that would give me 10 euro no deposit bonus just for verifying my email address. The reason why it sounded like a great offer was because they are powered by many good software providers- Netent, Nextgen and others.

I registered my account and verified my email and then after logging in I had 10 euro bonus balance. Since I didn’t know details for this bonus, I decided to contact live support. Luckily I didn’t have to wait at all and the support agent very nicely welcomed me. I asked about the bonus and I was told that it had 60x wagering requirements and that I could play GVC and Nextgen games with it, unfortunately not Netent.

I went through their game selection and I was quite pleased with what I saw. I found my favorite Nextgen game- Cash Stampede and started to play it with minimum bets. Soon I had the re spin feature and it paid me around 30x bet. At first the game seemed to be in a good mood and I managed to get my balance up to 25 euros, however, then the wins started to come rarer and I lost most of my balance. When I had less than 10 euros left, I decided to try James Dean slot. Actually have nothing positive to say when I can not play the games. The slots get stuck and you can't open a new one because you "have an unfinished game". When you go back to the unfinished games there are no unfinished games. Then go to Live Support, wait for about 20 minutes for someone to talk to you and the only thing they say is that I should clean cookies and stuff. I tell that I have cleaned everything, even flas, tried different browsers and so on. Then I get told to wait for 20 minutes before I try again. Next day I could try to play again - open a slot, one press on the play button and the game get stuck.... I give up!

Pending time 5 days? Year 2017..? I think that tell's all about this place. Can't be good if casino is stucked in 1997 method of lazy processing, since payment provider's are actually fast today, but it's up to casino how lazy they handle withdrawals. I hate lazy casino's.
